Lvladen ! What a guide ! All the juicy details are here. I went sustained strength of Tauren ret( Cow likes beefy healthpool), and Waking stats on my belf ret. Frankly didnt see much difference, i remember you saying smth about both enchants it in a previous video.... also i want to add that the belt slot can be enchanted with shadowed belt clasp for up to 106 stamina. Costly enchant but really nice :) Thank you for your time put in this video, testing Execution Sentence atm !

I look at haste in regards to GCD time on all my specs.
1.33 GCD = 3 attacks per 4 seconds (45 per minute).
1.25 GCD = 4 attacks per 5 seconds (48 per minute).
1.20 GCD = 5 attacks per 6 seconds (50 per minute).
Each breakpoint feels better to play. If a class is like Frost DK and needs infinite Mastery, i'll settle for 1.33 GCD. Everything else I like the next 2 breakpoints a lot better.

Sure maybe, but generally it comes down to does your teammate have a mortal strike effect or not.

You can use the food flavor packet on ring. Doesnt help in rated but 2 hr food buff that persists through death is nice for world pvp and bgs. Doesnt count as embellishment
hey man, great video. A doubt, how to better use the cooldowns to survive in the arenas? I always go with a bubble when I'm focused but it never works out hahaha
Thanks for your guides! Personally I've been running the crafted bracers and belt with vers/mastery and pvp upscaling. What are your thoughts on that?
I don’t think the embellishments are a huge deal so you can technically play whatever ones you want. That said sporecloak has saved me before and also has the potential to save your healers mana in arena which are pretty important factors.
@@LvladenPvP Think you got me wrong 😅 I'm playing the bracer/belt crafted pieces without embellishments. Similar to the Signet you can let them scale to 450 with the desired stats. In this case vers/mastery as the conquest pieces dont offer this combination! thanks again
oooh then yes!! You can do that, the main reason I dont have that completed is when I finished my gear there wasnt a spark catch up and I put my gem slot on the other piece. Maybe ill upgrade eventually but probably not XD too lazy lol@@Frazyl

Love the video, been playing ret for the past 2 weeks and only problem I seem to be coming across is the movement against mages or getting spammed with fear from locks, a lot of the time when this happens I tend to switch the the healer, pump them and then switch back to the damage when I can and it eventually works out due to the healer being mana tapped. Is it viable running the 2 divine steeds to help this or just keep doing what im doing ?
Sitting at about 1700 rating on my ret but just asking if u have any more tips as they can always help
Personally I dont run double steed, especially against mages, because you dont really have a second freedom for that steed if for some reason you needed to use it and your freedom wasnt off CD its generally useless if you are slowed or rooted.

I build paladin just like yours and Its fun as Hell, still missing 3 pieces and few gem sockets from Vault but am dominaiting in arenas and BGs anyway, always the highest DMG 😅

yo i been testing sentence and u right the shit is back hitting mfs for 200k closing out games lol only thing i dont like is you lose alot of aoe pressure because i also use vanguard

Regarding the bracers, is the reason to use a slightly lower ilvl item to stack up on the mastery?
You could technically craft a non embellished bracer with a trophy, it could be a tiny bit better but probably untouchable. The reason I don’t have conquest bracers is there is no plate vers/ mastery option

Hi! What about vanguard talent, hits harder cost more holy power? I thought it was good?
Personally I do not recommend it. Testing I did earlier this patch showed it did not actually increase damage in rated arena combat (it worked in BGs though). Even if it was fully functional in PvP I would still not recommend, it has PvP specific nerfs.

Currently I do not play it, next patch it might see some use with the new 4 piece set but I doubt it. It is nerfed in pvp combat

Crafting order quality doesn’t matter to pvp as long as you use the trophy that makes the item scale to 450 in pvp

DPS embellishments arnt that great, I prefer the cloak. I would advice not using embellished legs in PvP because of the stats on the tier legs
Yea cloak is goat I noticed I won way more games because I lived longer I had to get rid of dps one they are shit

You can make crafted pieces without embellishments. You are only allowed two embellishments
I can never play current execution sentence i need guaranteed damage i use to love it for hunters rouges and shamans locks who run then pillar hump at 10% health eveb tho final wreck is not much better because i miss it alot but i play vanguard of just i cant do extra 4 secs on final wreck and extra 3 holy power feel like they are a waste because your cced half the time so i go for extra judgments and dot from expergation and in solo shuff i actully try to let my holy power over stack because you get the 20% damage increases that stack twice i be hitting people for like 156k 176k with final verdict i think ret is a good b plus spec right now but we can use a buff or two our aoe is why our damage looks good but our single target gets kinda weak and ima just say it i think we need a mortal strike period
The thing is execution sentence is now kind of guaranteed damage due the it being a 3 holy power generator on a 30 second CD, but I understand what you mean. Wish it did still have its baseline. I do wish Ret had a mortal strike or some version of healing reduction.
@@LvladenPvP yea man because demon hunter and I think monk locks shadow priest rouges hunters and they do way more damage then us at times and still get to get it we can't even use bubble without someone taking it that's the least we can get and also I wish hammer of wrath was a real finisher like monks touch of death

Wish they had an option to take the stupid range off my melee abilities. Looks dumber than fury warrior rampage animation clipping into everything.
Funny I was just talking with someone yesterday that when they made final verdict 20yd range I wish they updated its animation haha. And you don’t like rampage?! I think that’s one of the coolest melee abilities lol
@@LvladenPvP For some reason, rampage clips into literally everything for me, so it looks really weird to me, especially on something like human bloodthirst where my model does only half the spin after rampage finishes. If they sped the animation up, it would be great.
And I agree with final verdict; it should be a ranged ability animation wise, but the real offender for me is crusader strikes outside melee range and JV if it ever becomes good again. FV at least has a hammer projectile, but those two don't even connect with thr target at range. Really bugs me on the visual aspect alone, but I love my pally too much to let it turn me away.
Shaman can just put down grounding totem and Execution Sentence does nothing
Yes! But thats still hard to do with someone smashing you with crusade up, wastes a valuable global that shamans need to heal, and then they dont have grounding for whatever else they usually would need it for. plus its pretty easy to desync a grounding and a execution, and execution also provides 3 holy power on a slightly less than 30 sec CD!

why mastery second stat? its nerfed isnt it?
Versatility is our best stat because it checks off all the boxes, damage, healing, and damage mitigation. Mastery 2nd best because of the talent blades of light causes all our spells to scale of mastery damage as well. It’s also the burstiest stat we have

Correct, it’s also had a fair amount of bugs in the earlier part of this patch in arena. Never saw a blue post about fixing it but have yet to see any hotfixes regarding it
