I have so much shrimp in my freezer. I’m in shrimp trawling country in southeast Louisiana! Going to make these. Mom used to make shrimp boulettes and it was similar to what you did except no cheese.

Cut salt garlic press 1Tlemon I red chilly pepper powder cheese 1/4 Mayo I egg corn starch parsley mix sauce Mayo +lemon zest lime water2T one garlic half t mustard pepper sugar 1 tea whisk .fry oilscoop fry
Boiled & mashed potatoes could also be used instead of cornstarch
