60g melt butter
2 mangos
7g gelatin
35ml water
250g cream cheese
30g sugar
10ml lemon juice
150g whipping cream

Is it necessary to add gelatine , any alternative?
Gelatine is needed for this recipe. Unfortunately, I haven't tried to use any other alternative for gelatine in this recipe.

After blending the mangos, you use 200g mango puree. ( a bit more mango puree 220-230g still works with the recipe 😉) Thank you for watching!
What is the weight of this cake? And how can take the cake from the pan
I don’t have an exact number for the weight, but it’s approximately around 850gr.
A springform pan is used for this cake. The bottom of the pan is removable, so you can easily take the cake out.
