Shrimp Cakes Ingredients:
2 lbs of shrimp cleaned and shelled
2-3 cloves of garlic
1 stalk of scallion
3/8 tsp of salt
1/2 cup of flour
1/2 serrano pepper
1 medium sized carrot
a handful of cilantro
1 tbsp sesame oil
2 eggs
