煎蝦餅 Fried shrimp Cake

  • 🟢材料:
    鮮蝦 600 克
    鹽、胡椒粉、澱粉適量
    半個蛋白(可選)
    泰式辣椒醬 適量
    🟢做法:
    1️⃣將新鮮蝦去殼去腸洗淨吸乾水後,用刀拍爛。
    2️⃣加入適量鹽、胡椒粉及澱粉(也可以加入半個蛋白)拌勻。
    3️⃣反覆摔打至起膠。
    4️⃣把蝦肉搓成小球狀,再按扁成薄餅狀。
    5️⃣熱鍋加油,放入蝦餅煎至兩面金黃。
    6️⃣取出蝦餅,配上泰式辣椒醬上蹀即可享用。
    🟢Ingredients:
    Fresh shrimp - 600g
    Salt, white pepper powder, cornstarch - as needed
    Half an egg white (optional)
    Thai chili sauce - as needed
    🟢Cooking directions:
    1️⃣ Peel and devein the shrimps, wash and pat them dry. Then mash them with knife.
    2️⃣ Add appropriate amount of salt, white pepper powder and starch (you can also add half an egg white) and mix well.
    3️⃣ Beat the mixture repeatedly until it becomes a paste.
    4️⃣ Form the shrimp paste into small balls, then flatten them into thin cakes.
    5️⃣ Heat a pan with oil. Fry the shrimp cakes until both sides turn golden brown.
    6️⃣ Take out the shrimp cakes and serve with Thai chili sauce. Enjoy!

    They're look so good i thought they're was glaze donuts. When i do my shrimp cakes. I used egg mayonnaise and white rice flour to hold them together. Your recipe was so easy and i put cheese in mines. Thank for sharing your style to making easy Shrimps Cakes❤💯

    Personally speaking, one teaspoon of salt seems quite a lot for half of kilo of prawn(with shell). Would recommend less salt. Can always taste the saltiness before adding more salt.

      去吃緬泰料理時的月亮蝦餅所附的醬料,酸酸甜甜的,很適合。醋、魚露、辣椒、冰糖就可以做了,網路上可以搜得到。

    我用一匙的玉米粉煎蝦餅成品會裂開,用兩匙玉米粉就有煎成功,如果家裡的人吃的較清淡鹽巴就需要減量才不會太鹹

    this would be even better with crushed water chestnut, as for the pepper, i wonder if that is white pepper powder?

      The white pepper is kind of pepper like black pepper & green pepper, to grind the white pepper into powder then it is white pepper powder.
