The oil will pick up some shrimp aroma. Which is a good thing! I could think of making some french fries in this oil. Or onion rings. Hi @stell777, in this video we used plum sauce from Pantai brand. It is a widely known Thai brand so it maybe available in America. Any other brand will work too.
