The Korean Fried Chicken was such a big hit, I am making the Garlic Butter Shrimp tonight. My family is so excited! Thank you for these awesome videos. We are all learning how to make Korean food and it is so much fun!
Watching their videos is way more entertaining than watching K-Dramas. They include so much valuable information without wasting one second. Great recipes presented perfectly! Thank you and Aloha!
This channel is underrated!!!! Aaron & Claire both of you deserve more subscribers... keep it up and make more good cooking videos, i personally try BuChimGae the way you cook and it taste fantasticcccccccccccccccc....
I love kimchi stew cook with BBQ pork belly instead of fresh pork belly. It fast to cook, It so tasty n easy from the previous video. I cook it frequently when ever I have craving. Thank you for the gift of good easy receipes Will also try more receipes from this tofu stew video.
The supermarket is about 3.5 hours away from here, which is why I always stock my pantry with so many Korean ingredients just to be safe! Yes, we do a boat ride and a long drive each way.
Was craving some seafood and tried the honey walnut shrimp recipe! Sooooo delicious. And I topped it with fresh green onion, for you Aaron! And the green onion added more yumminess! Thank you guys for the wonderful recipe! Can’t wait to make it again!
What a great couple. Claire gets hot-off-the-stove great food, and Adam has an appreciative audience for his talented dishes. You are both lucky. And I will be making most or maybe all of these 6 recipes, but without egg and without oyster- or fish-sauce. Thank You both.
Just had the sweet and spicy shrimp. And I tell ya. It was SOOOOOO YUMMY! Like I was super surprised and happy that it was this good. Deff putting it in my book. I appreciate it! LOVE IT
I use to live in Houston Texas. And I loved the Chinese buffets they had down there . Two of my favorite dishes were SHRIMP TOAST. and HOT AND SOUR SOUP. but their shrimp toast only had one piece of bread . I'm dying to try your version. You don't see shrimp toast around Dallas so I need to learn to make it myself.
Hi Aaron and Claire, can you help me with something? A while ago, I saw some RUclipsrs eating a big box of takeout in Korea. They had a spread of lots of different ingredients, and lettuce, and they rolled all these things like duck, raw garlic, and others into the lettuce and the wonton wrappers and ate it with delicious looking dark sauce. I. want. to. try. this. Do you know what this meal was? Can you show us how to make this kind of real Korean takeout?? I'd be forever grateful!!! Thank u for your channel it's delightful.
New Subbie. Ooooh Yum! Yum! Gimmie some! 😋 all of that looks delicious, i just bought two bags of raw frozen shrimp yesterday, i have everything but Korean Pancake mix, is it okay to use regular old pancake mix ?
Welcome to our channel! 🥳 It should be Korean pancake mix, so if you don't have it, you can use regular flour but don't forget to season it with salt and pepper. 😊
I am cooking shrimps for the first time and wanted to deep fry them in potato starch like how you showed. But I was wondering if I should marinate it before adding starch lIke how one does with any other type of meat? Please help me with this query 🥺
I order online from Hmart. Many locations but online orders come from NJ. Website not too great but with some patience can find dry goods and seasoning. At one time I was able to get a good enough frozen items and all types of fresh kimchi but once COVID started they eliminated that. I live in Indiana .
Yeah, I was also like “wow, are food deserts not a thing in Korea?” Because I’m happy that Aaron’s perception is that everyone lives 5 minutes from a market since it means his country is set up well... but the truth in the US is so sad, and this only illustrates it further. Aaron, for the record, a lot of people in the US live over 20 minutes drive from the closest market, and that’s very common. There are also a LOT of people who live even further away from any type of market who often don’t have easy or affordable access to transit. These people SOMETIMES have access to a convenience store, but American convenience stores are nothing like those in Korea. Our stores don’t have any real food or ingredients, and basically just have chips, candy, and soda. This means that people in these food deserts often don’t have access to anything besides junk food, and it’s completely wrong that one of the richest countries in the world is, simultaneously, one of the poorest.
Thanks! I always watch the whole video, but sometimes I need timestamps for the recipes I'll make. I'll try the walnut shrimp (and try to get real walnuts for more crunch too hahaha)!
