      @@elizabethtara7658 hi, I hope u r okay. While I dont experince pain in particular, I saw many women who mentioned pain on just one side. Do you your symptoms ever move? To the other side or change in pattern? Sometimes pain, sometimes tingling or burning etc. I learned that pudental neuralgia is purly TMS dr Howard Schubiner also mentioned this. I hope this helps.
      Ps: you should also go the doct to check for any infections before ruling out TMS.

      That is amazing!! 😭 did you have some bladder issues too maybe? How did you recover from those symtoms exactly?🙏

    • @gjmarkley105
      @gjmarkley105 6 месяцев назад +5

      Yes, I woke up one morning with intense bladder and pelvic pain for no apparent reason. Felt like the worst bladder infection of my life. Even went to the doctor for antibiotics which did absolutely nothing. It had been an incredibly stressful year (2020), and I had lost 3 grandparents around the same time my mom was diagnosed with cancer. I literally felt like I was losing everything, including my health. Through watching Dan’s free videos and following his advice, coupled with following a ministry who goes into great depth of the mind/body/spirit connection from a Christian perspective I slowly had fewer horrendous days…which gradually turned into “ok” days…eventually morphing into full recovery. That’s not to say that I didn’t have ebbs and flows and unexpected flares throughout my journey, BUT I had the tools and mindset to tackle them in a healthy way. As my nervous system calmed down, so did my symptoms. It’s a process of retraining the mind. I stumbled a lot, but the consistency over a period of time was key! Give yourself so much grace through the process. You don’t have to do any of it perfectly!! It’s truly been a lesson of learning to let things go, not take myself so seriously, and to focus on gratitude while choosing to live life as fully as I can despite my current symptoms. It looks a little different for each of us, but know that you CAN heal! Prayers for your peace and strength as you embark on your own journey!💕

      Thank you so much for your answer 🙏 I am diagnosed with bladder embedded infection, some bacteria shows up on tests and also high leukocytes- so I was (I think I still am) convinced that it the pain is due to infection.. bladder hurts very bad everyday and it gives me horrible stress and anxiety, so I think I am in a vicious cycle 🥵 its been almost 3 years and I lost my life completely. I just can’t believe how bacteria and high leukocytes which indicates the inflammation can be caused by brain? Antibiotics don’t work anyway or they worked for a short period of time and then didn’t work anymore 🥹 the days I am better (less pain) I am happy then when strong pain comes I am panicking again, looking for some answers.. did your bladder hurted everyday like infection? I dont if I should trust to my diagnosis 🥹
      what have you been doing daily to calm down your nervous system and eventually get to be symptoms free? Which tools did you have?🙏
      I will appreciate your answer once again 🙏❤️ maybe it would be some way to contact you?

    The interesting thing is that a lot of these conditions are treated by amitriptyline, which is an old generation anti depressant. The medical community says it works on pain pathways but now I am thinking it actually works through the standard anti depressant pathway. It calms down the fear response.

    I too have had similar symptoms of TMS for exactly 1 year. I've been through the whole PT, pelvic floor therapy, manipulation, injections and chiropractic procedures, only to have all of them fail. I've read three books now on TMS, watch Dan every day and do daily meditations for chronic pain. I have come so far and I know this is without a doubt my answer. I still am not totally pain free, but have the right tools to get this done. Thank you so much for your story today and Dan, I am sooo grateful to you for your caring and compassionate work.

    I have had an anxiety disorder for 25 years. The last few years I’ve been suffering from pudenal neuralgia, ibs and various other pain issues - back pain, tmj etc. My stress levels have rocketed since my mother was given a lung cancer diagnosis in December of last year. This all makes sense to me as I am definitely in a fear loop. I just need to convince my brain that I’m not in danger.

      The information below may offer a slightly different perspective on what's going on and how to move out of it.
      Foundational Information:
      Watch the video at: PainFreeYou.com
      Take the pain test: DanBuglio.com/paintest - a score over 29 means you have TMS / Perceived Danger Pain. This also means you CAN end your symptoms.
      Watch the video about Perceived Danger Pain: ruclips.net/video/tnU6KBAv5fg/видео.html - this explains SO much of what is going on.

      Getting more help:
      Individual coaching: DanBuglio.com/coaching - Unfortunately there is only so much time in the day. I am booked solid for approximately 4-6 weeks in advance. Keep in mind, there is no reason to wait that long to get my help. You get the same information and more support with my…

    has anyone with pelvic pain etc.... ever experienced their feet and legs burning too? I believe my mind is creating this symptom as well cause it tends to correlate with the pelvic pain. I wonder if I have neuropathy, but I'm not diabetic and have had many tests and scans as well as various pains and symptoms that come and go. It's worrisome, like I never get a break. I've been practicing the mind body approach now for about 6 months with marginal improvement.

    Hmm, I was hating that idea with a passion that pudendal neuralgia symptoms can be because of your 'mind'. And I still do because this is not always the case. Some people have symptoms like that because of actual nerve injury. You can only imagine how hurtful it would be for those people to tell them something like that. However, thank you for your story, maybe there are cases where this can be psychological.

    • @PainFreeYou
      @PainFreeYou  2 года назад

      No need to be offended by this concept. All pain originates in the brain based on the brains perception of danger. Injury or not. You can learn more about these concepts. Nothing of this means you have a psychological issue. Check out my start page to learn what causes the vast majority of pain. www.PainFreeYou.com/start

    • @frederickwalzer5555

      There is no medical technology that can prove that a nerve is damaged. If you take a look a the groups of pudendal neuralgia that people are telling about their stories 90 percent say that the pain starts after a big emotional situation in their lives.

      @annie.bo.briggs 3 месяца назад +1

      @PainFreeYou Yes, I'm aware that none of us are born perfect. I am prone to this because of pulled or torn tendons. They would only do a CT scan, and it only showed a small enterocele while laying flat. They said the same thing about the rotator cuff tendon, but once it was fixed, pain never came back. That was in 2020. I'm in very good physical shape otherwise and exercise often, eat whole, and sleep well. And yes, stress makes all things worse, including pain. I could never run or do any high impact exercise. I never knew why. I thought it was normal. I have hypermobile SI joints, which are tough on the connective tissue to the pelvis and likely what led to a hypertonic pelvic floor. You can't heal pelvic tendons unless you stay laying down and I can't do that.

      I'm a man and I take zoloft. it helps with the edge of anxiety. I have this same problem. I was also told I have pelvic floor dysfunction and went through extensive physical therapy. I am overall doing better, but I still flare up. For me, meditation and doing what I love is helpful. I had an entire spectrum of testing including cystoscopy, colonoscopy, and multiple MRI's. all good. For me it presents as burning all the time and it wears on me, but I am finding hope in TMS cause I've seen it work for me and the anxiety work against me. I am now trying to grasp how to implement it further in my mind. I would highly recommend you looking at a program called, Transform men's pelvic health by Michael Hodge. It includes physical therapy and mind body exercises as well. It isn't a cure but a good place to learn. It is aimed at men, but works the same way for women. Michael also believes in TMS and went through the same thing just like you and I and he implements the exercises as a way to open the body and relax the mind.

    Even when I try to relax myself by going out with friends or doing something nice, my pain doesn’t go away at all. Is it a sign that my pain is not perceived danger pain but structular?🥹 I have bladder pain 24/7 and it doesn’t go away

      That is not proof of anything other than your brain is perceiving danger, even when going out. For symptoms that don't seem to go away, that is often because the fear and attention given to the pain doesn't either.
