Loved the effort that has gone into making this, being the video and control arms...
Really interesting video! love the deep dive into the engineering.
Well done, informative video. Thank you.
Great video mate.
great design and videa, cheers for making the effort
Wow that's dedication. Top job
Great video! Thank you!
Keen to see these become a product, you mentioned these to me when I got the carbon fibre seat backs and definitely something on my radar :)
They're available to anyone who wants them!
Beautiful. I think you should start a similar thing for us, GranTurismo owners…
@@Cheburator13 I'd love to, it's just so expensive to start the process :(
Hello, I am French sorry for my English, your videos are very interesting, I am looking for a GS I hope I can continue to benefit from your teachings.
Awesome!! Thank you!
Well done
Great analysis of the problem and explanation of your solution. I’m a little confused about the die casting parting line in the bushing hole. Wouldn’t that inner diameter be formed with a slide in the tooling?
It would've most likely been formed by tooling and then machined out for the final fit.
Краусаучик , очень грамотно все объяснил 🤝👍
Hello from The States, came across your video on these control arms and that is some awesome dedication and work. Will you by chance be doing some for the QP, I have a 2007 and would love to see something like this. Again, great video.
I'd love to do other cars, but it is difficult to get the funds together to do anything other than my own. If you can get a few people together then I would be happy to do the work!
nice work mate, when mine are worn out i'll be messaging you
Glad to see you designed a product which exceed Manufacturer level ; where are those parts going to be available to buy?
Thanks in advance
I keep telling myself I'll finish a website one day, but for the moment the easiest way to reach me is on the MaseratiLife forums.
hello boss,I am a Chinese Maserati quattro owner, look at such a professional analysis, woooo! Where can I reach you? Any link for buy

Can I purchase both rear lower control arms? 04 Maserati Spyder
Yeah you can, you'll need to send me a message on MaseratiLife forums - I'm putting together an order currently and will be sending out invoices in a few days.
Good engineering explanation for complex metallurgical materials science. Your improved arms are beyond any diy job. Aren’t they more expensive and heavier?
They cost about 1/4 that of an OEM arm, and weigh a few grams more
how can someone buy a set?
@@ortizem78 reach out to me on the Maserati Life forums. A few people are asking now so I can probably justify ordering another batch.
I've got a set, and the weight difference is nothing, and top quality.
Hi, my Quatroporte (2005) for some reason is running very hi on engine revolution. I'm talking about almost 3k rev at only 50 mph on the 6 gear. I've seen on youtuve videos that other Maserati don't even reach 1,900 rev at 55mph on 6 gear but my car every single gear is very hi on revolution, feels like every gear reach hi rev with little gas and the transmissions its not slipping or showing any trouble signs. I just bought the car and don't have any previous experience with Maserati. I can't drive over 50mph because the engine is too high on revolutions!!! Any help will be appreciated.
The best thing you can do is head over to the MaseratiLife forums and post your problem in detail. I don't really understand the problem, if the car has high revs at a givens speed, that would be to do with the gear ratios.
