For 10 years i was trapped in a family with a narsicisstic and abusive step father, and 7 months ago police took him away, and now he's showing up to our house, stalking us, asking for forgiveness and promises that he has changed, but he was saying this a million times before when we were giving him second chances, this time i really didn't know if to believe him, i prayed to God to show me signs and video's like this one started to pop out on my fy page hah, i will take this as a sign and listen to my intuition this time, i feel like he's just pretending that he's sorry, again

My co worker is exactly what you described. I'm in the field of construction and i'm a woman. I know my job very well, but my co worker has a way of undermining all my decisions. All of this and more has happened to my mother and I for the past 23 years. Emotional manipulation, violence, gaslighting, everything you can think of. He recently grabbed me by the neck and slammed me backwards into the ground because we weren't on time for when he wanted to be ready to go somewhere a few days ago, and he didn't like my attitude when I told him he was making a big deal out of something that was not our fault ( he was supposed to call ahead of time but just showed up at our house whenever he felt like it) I know I should have pressed charges but he says he would flip the story and knows cops. We are both in hell.

Oh yeah, he's dead now, but this certainly sums him up. I lived through it and so can you. How did he die: he had an blood clot in his throat that burst and he drowned in his own blood. God has his way of paying back, even if He is a bit late.
