In elementary me and my friend went to this kids house he used to throw and slap over again to this poor small chiwawa and he laughed like it was funny it was hard to watch we never went to his house or spoke to him again I don't think he had any friends either I'm sure I know why. That poor dog dude can't watch an innocent animal get treated like that. He should try doing that to a doberman or Shepard or a rot or pitbull.. they ain't gonna stand for that.

@@lisasmith767 Same with mine! Straight from childhood trauma, he was always bigger, stronger, smarter. When I came of age, starting to grow individuate in my early twenties, he despised me as usual, jealous, competitive, he triangulated, made personal attacks, by this grandiose smug, entitled boy king, would sabotage friendships (pretty much my whole childhood, he was years older, het hanging out with us young guys being a jerk, causing us to bully each other eventually, and respect in friendships declined). When you are groomed to serve one NPD, you attract them over, and over throughout life! They make you dependent or codependent on the relationship, then they devalue, and discard you like garbage or worse, they literally dump so much toxic poison on you, or people around you, through manipulation, and brainwashing, that you fall physically sick, (obviously psychologically sick with CPTSD, or borderline personality disorder symptoms, that can take a long time to heal from, I self isolate a lot!). It's a nightmare! They blame you for not being enough, while your hands are tied by their venom, depression kicks in hard, you eventually stop fighting them, burnout is chronic, and they shake their heads in disgust! Freaking nightmare of all nightmares, they are truly comparable to demons! I was so determined to figure out what was going on in my family system, I changed my major to psychology, and absorbed this stuff up like a sponge. I always knew what they were, I just didn't know how to describe them, or have a scientific name for it other than evil. People I grew up with would probably look at my life like I ruined it, or its ruined; the secret is, once you discover who these people are, where they covertly hide in life, the red flags, and you realize you aren't the one to blame, you never wanted the fighting/ chaos, life isn't that bad, spiritual awakenings happen, and although going down a hard road in life, you realize that by staying in the light, you grow in ways that they never can as traumatized adult children! We got traumatized too, we just didn't continue down the dark path that they did. I think when we can learn to own the shadow side of our personality, take accountability, learn to have self love, we can recover!

Some neighbor triggered me. We were friends first. So I avoided showing up as I said I would. Cause I snapped about the trigger. Next day, he came to me P.O. We said shut to each other. He gently kicked my knee. But it ached longer than a day. I called the police on him. Then I had a dream that him and I embraced. His mail came to my box. I didn't know what to do. I was giving my other neighbors their mail. I told him I have his. He asked what he should do about it. I invited him to come get it. On his way, he apologized for that. He promised maybe some day we'll get that s part straightened out. That s part is what triggered me. I wasn't listing for him yet till later due to a nightmare come sweet.

They can be very clever to start. My experience was, showering with gifts, meals, and all day laughter. Constantly telling me he loved me. He had a wife who he said was leaving, no love no intimacy.etc. the games started lying constantly, any chance to talk replying with how much he loved me. No answer to my questions, just rambling lies. Contradicting yesterday's lies, the next day. I felt reliant on him then. But one day he was rambling on and on even tho I told him I'd had heart pain etc. I ended up in hospital with full blown heart attack. He then promised engagement ring, this materialised and then confessed to being in love with his leaving wife. Yes you guessed it. I blew up and left him and belongings behind. He had no remorse. Warning to ladies, I fell deeply for this guy to start, whilst having days apart, after 20 years no dating! He is truly evil

And once you spot the pattern and start setting boundaries, coming to terms not everybody is like YOU, then you can delete and start all over again ON YOUR TERMS. If she's hanging in there, she cares. Man people just don't understand what "Doing The Work" means. Sounds like every narcissist I have ever known. They are just that evil and mean. But I never let them manipulate me or tell me what to think or how to live and I got into so many fights with them...and their insults, consider the source. What really makes them mad is tell them you don't respect them because they don't even respect themselves or they would behave differently and conduct themselves to deserve respect. That will infuriate them because it's true.

If they try to corner you...stand up and beat the shit out of them!! Hell is never too crowded for these kinds of monsters!
I know it’s been a long time, but the bully in my elementary school went out of his way to make my life total hell, especially due to my disability.
Some people may think that recalling that kind of person all these years later is unnecessary and silly... but how can I forget nearly getting stabbed by him... and the teachers not doing a damn thing about it?
All the humiliation from that little bastard made me at times want to beat him to within an inch of his pathetic life... but I knew that I’d face serious trouble, so I withheld my rage. Watching “the Good Son” really put parallels between my bully and Henry.
I never told anyone this...as much as I honestly wanted to.
He’s long gone, and we haven’t seen each other in years, until a couple years ago, my dad told me that he actually ran into him.
Apparently he asked my dad how I was doing. That’s all that really happened.
But a part of me wished that I’d been there so I could beat the living hell out of him.
Yet another part tells me that it would be wrong. Although I only ever really had one single chance to fight fire with fire... and happily kicked the hell outta the little fucker.
But only once. Although at the time it was enough for me.

Over half of the traits describe my family, especially my father and little brother. My family is often finding opportunities to complain and put me down, and likes rubbing my mistakes, failures, and weaknesses in my face. Those verbal criminals also deny their mistakes. They talk badly about other people, and like to discriminate. However, they know how to act nice outside the family and get rewards they don't deserve. They are hypocrites, too.

There was a time when there were several people in my life with all of these traits. My ex was all of these things. She came along at a time when my parents, my brother and grandmother died all within a very short time of each other. She used to tell people I was gay and then laugh about it as though she was just making a joke. She would do it in front of a whole crowd of people and then get angry when I expressed how offended I was. She manipulated me to the point that I felt worthless. It was the best day of my life when she found out I was cheating on her and she threw me out of the house. I lived with her because I had to sell my house to pay for all my family's funerals. I was homeless for a long time after that, but it was the best feeling in the world to know I was over that horrid relationship. It's a very long story, but this is it in a nutshell. I thank my creator every single day for being out of that mess. I am married now, with 2 wonderful kids, a nice house and a great career. As for the other women in my life who were that way, I worked with them at a non-profit. I have surpassed them and my career is soaring so far above theirs. I'm not gloating. I am just thankful that I was able to get past them telling me how worthless I was. The best analogy I can think of is breaking free of earth's gravity and going well beyond that world.

I'm so sorry,my daughter went through this were Ex Narc ,the only proof she had was pictures of Abuse he broke her nose, her ribs and her front teeth and then the Ex Narc told the judge she did that to herself, well thank God the Judge didn't believe him, it took 2 years and restraining order to get him out of her house that she paid for, if demolished the inside of the house before the cops got him out. So he owes my daughter big time. She got custody of the Children, and the ExNarc sees them on weekends. It's still chaos and she still looks behind her back, he won't leave her alone till the youngest turns 18. I pray for you and your safety 🙏❤️

When I met my husband (me 65, him 75) I found out he had an estranged stepson who he had brought up from the age of three when he married his Mum. I set out to bring them together. What an idiot I was! Everything went well for about eighteen months. He cajoled my husband into giving him large amounts of money by giving him the guilt trip because when he was growing up his Dad had failed to give him everything he wanted. Ultimately he and his wife dumped us without explanation or warning. We still haven’t got to the bottom of it but we know they have been bad mouthing us all over our small town. We don’t know what we did other than take them out, pay for everything, and help them out with money. We’ve been really stupid we know.

I was raised surrounded by evil, went to high school with evil people, went to college with evil people, worked with evil people and my in-laws were evil. Evil is everywhere. Cling to God and hopefully He'll protect you. He has me. Without HIM I'd be in serious trouble. God help us all

As far as feeling no remorse, what about empty apologies and deflecting accountability?
Example: I'm sorry. I can't help that you don't forgive me. I forgive you.

I retired early just to get away from my previous boss. She exhibited all the traits in this video. Most of my colleagues despised her. She had an agenda and that was to get rid of the staff that didn’t worship her. She then hired her friends who would kiss her as … and do as they were told, good or bad. Someday I hope to forgive her until then I hope she gets back the pain and sorrow she gave others. God forgive me.

Yes, everything you say is quite true. I was once married to a man, who had so much bad habits in him, that I could not have counted. I pray for changes in him, nothing worked. I still lived in hope, but that was fantasy. He died 3 yrs. ago and I felt a relief. I never missed him, not for 1 day. A sack of cement was taken off my back to which I carried for 49 yrs. I have 2 grown up sons out of that marriage. His mother was the same as him. 2 chronic alcoholics, to deal with, together with their bad ways. I was not easy for me.

    Amazing and accurate list!
    My thoughts:
Don’t lie to yourself about their behaviors and motivation - don’t make excuses for them.
Be aware of how your stomach feels around them, and realize that how they treat/talk about others is how they will eventually treat you.
If you feel on edge or hyper-vigilant around them, or when they are back in your life, then it is a bad sign.
They will often use a hook or trick to get close to you again, like “helping you” or “lying about a triggering situation” to get your time and attention.
