Thank you so much. I've been off exercising for so long due to an episode of extreme back pain (scoliosis). Did my PT and physiologist said I'm ready to start exercising again. Decided to get to a pole dance studio in September in order to gain back some self confidence. But no workout on YT was able to make me feel any stronger afterwards... it seemed like being in rest mode for too long made my muscles incapable of feeling anyting nor evolving. I used to be athletic before so according to PT i should upgrade the level. And then I stumbled upon your channel. Your warm ups alone got my muscles burniiiiing! And I feel the conditionning is now on track! You should have way more subscribers and I think it is just a matter of time! Keep up the good work. You're so generous and precise with your instructions. I love this. Gratitude for Morocco!

Yay glad you have been following it 😊 glad it helped improve digestion, I think its something people don't talk about much how improved posture through things like core strength can help improve things like our digestion!

Just did this exercise today. I really love your videos, but if I can make a suggestion, would add the countdown clock again? I love seeing how many seconds of endurance needs to be invested LoL I also, I think, strained my neck a bit with the last code exercise on the floor (lifting up the arm and the leg) - it's definitely my technique is the issue, I just wanted to finish the video so bad, I hurried😅

Im so glad your enjoying them! I'll try have a new on up soon! You are always more than welcome to make suggestions :) yes I know I find countdown clocks really help me get through as well. My old computer was struggling to export the video with the countdown clock in it, so had to remove it off this video! Hopefully next video i can add it back in 🤞
That last core exercises is definately a challenge, definately a more advanced exercise! Was it the back of your neck you felt the pain? The rushing it may have definately cause the strain. Always try to embrace the triple chin position of the neck when doing crunches, so not curling up from your neck but tucking it back and crunching up from the torso. Hopefully makes sense!

    This was good
A few points that I couldn’t quite understand
The last exercises with the legs to opposite arm I found I wasn’t coming up much off the ground witn my torso - I am not sure if this is correct but that was as far as my torso went
    Also that booty lift one
The booty didn’t go up much
Not sure if that’s normal or not

Thats totally normal. the mor you practice the easier it will get! I would focus more on the quality of the movment first and with time you will find the range will increase as well! and with more practice all the cue will begin to be more understandable, it almost like learning a new langauge when it comes to th way our body moves!
