I love how this stretch is so dynamic. I get bored doing stretching exercises with a timer and just staring into a blank spot. This one is so fun for me and it actually makes my body less tense. Thank you 😊
I have been following this warm-up for the past days and I love it!! Your voice it's so soothing and calm, together with all the instructions and reassurances it helps me feel how I get better and better at following the exercises every day! Thank you so much for the video
Thank you for this great stretch/warm-up. One suggestion I would have is to have more verbal cues as you switch between stretches. I found that I would be behind or miss what was next because you hadn't said that you had moved on to another side or different stretch.
This is a wonderful workout. I tend to prefer moving slowly, rather than stress with bouncing around like most workouts do. That's why I chose Yoga to begin with as my way of working out. But yoga doesn't give my body a proper workout --because the positions that does that relies on your arms, and my arms always hurt if I put much weight on them at all. Or lift anything heavier than a book... So I can't really get a good workout with Yoga. (I also prefer to sit on the floor rather than standing up. lol) But this video actually have a really good workout that is easy, mostly sitting, AND it increases ones flexibility. Which is great! It would have been nice if you had gone through the movements with a little more repetition... you tend to switch position just as I finally manage to get into them. (Likely because these are so routine to you, but new to your viewers.) It would also have helped with more vocal instructions, especially since it's hard to always keep the screen in view when you are working out, so your viewers will rely on vocal commands for when to switch side and so on. (Granted, I am used to do my yoga to the chatterbox SeanVigueFitness, so I am used to his style. But I think it's a very good RUclips-ing style to have, since it's full of instructions.) That aside, however, your video is one of the better ones I've found. I may want to check out more of your videos after my shower. lol
Working on your mobility and stretching will certainly help. Even when paired with conditioning, doing low impact things like this is great for the body. Conditioning will help you get strong, this will help the muscles recover and prepare.
@@AddictivePoleFitness I have found some conditioning videos but in all of them the pole is a requirement. It would be awesome if there was a floor conditioning routine or a challenge (spread over a number of days) to condition the body specifically for pole. I would pay for it!
Have just gone back into lockdown and this video is a blessing to have thankyou. Will be watching this lots over the next couple weeks! Easy to follow along and listen too with so many of the moves im used to seeing in Class!!
They way they breathe while talking stresses me out. Otherwise the video would be perfect. I don’t think they know how that sounds otherwise they would abominate that. 😉

You are welcome! So glad you enjoy it 😍
That’s nice thank you
I am still not doing pole. Will this help me get pole ready or would you recommend conditioning?

@@AddictivePoleFitness thank you for your reply. I will look for conditioning videos 🙏

So glad you are enjoying this video. Hope you're surviving lockdown and you're back in your studio soon
10:50 I can’t sit like this at all, if I straighten my back I’m falling backwards. Is it normal to be able to bend every which way around your hips?
👏🏾👏🏾
i did about 10 minutes in and i popped a lot 😂
MAMACITAA STRECH ALL YO WANT ❤️❤️
