COCOA and COFFEE CREAM

Tasting this cream was like stepping back in time! It was enough to close our eyes to suddenly find ourselves in the kitchens of our grandmothers, who prepared this cream, along with the custard, when they made two holiday cakes very special for us: the English Soup (Zuppa inglese) and the King’s Salami (Salame del Re).
Not a normal custard with the addition of dark chocolate then, but a cocoa cream with an unmistakable and inimitable coffee taste.
