CAPRESE CAKE (an italian exellence gluten-free!)

It was a pleasure and an honor to prepare this cake with the recipe of our friend Daniela, who in the kitchen turns everything she touches into gold!
The Caprese cake, an all-Italian excellence known and loved all over the world!
This delight was born, think of it, from a mistake! That’s right! It is said that in 1920 the young pastry chef of Capri, Carmine di Fiore, had to prepare a cake for the gangsters who came to Capri on behalf of Al Capone. But it is not clear whether for the hurry or the agitation, he forgot to put the flour in the dough... The end result was amazing! A delicious cake, with an intense taste of almonds and chocolate, with a crispy crust and a soft and moist heart!
This cake, therefore, is also gluten-free and using delattosato butter or vegetable margarine, even lactose-free... Perfect for all our guests who will love it at the first bite!
