PERFECT CUSTARD

The recipe for this perfect custard is by our friend Giacy! For us it was love, rather taste, at first sight... It is easy and quick to prepare and is smooth,velvety, dense, creamy, in one word is perfect! You can use it to fill a tart or some puffs, bur is very good on its own! The addition of lemon and coffee beans is a tribute to our grandmothers: they always made it with these two aromas, also because they had at hand the lemon plant and coffee beans (which they grind alone in the house).But if you want you can try other flavors, such as orange peel or the seeds of vanilla berry.
