There was a time when I couldn't get through one of Cassie's short workouts but now, I can totally get through a long one and add a short one just for the hell of it. This year marks my seventh year of my fitness journey and I just love how working out became a part of who I am today. Cassie is one of those who inspire me along with Jillian Michaels to become the best version of myself because as Jillian says, why'd you choose failure when success is an option, right? If I can do it, you can do it!
Keep going!! When I first started that's how I was, it was hard to move the first couple of days. After a week i noticed results and that motivated me to keep pushing myself! You got this!!!

THIS VIDEO IS PERFECTION!! Definitely a new absolute favorite! Pilates cardio is my absolute favorite sport and I am so grateful that you introduced it to me (still love hiit, piit, pilates, but cardio pilates is the mvp). My initial thoughts when I tried this workout today was.."Hmm.. Cassey is not making us jump at all?? Even for plank jacks!? This one must be easy" .. 15 mins and I was so dead!! It’s the first time I’ve ended a workout with a smile. Been on this journey for 3 days but a part of me has grown to love this part of the day. Where I test myself, this isn’t easy and there were many parts where I took breaks, in other words I could’ve done much better but I’m proud of what the me of today has accomplished and what the me of tomorrow will face. We can do this loves! Let’s do this for ourselves 💗 I believe in us.
I'm so behind already lol but I mean I am starting to get back into the mindset of things after I finished chemo last month. Breast Cancer free and ready to start feeling better again! I love the meal plan, looks fun and delicious, might be able to get my kids and husband to join me as well with the eating anyways. haha
I’m so sweaty and I’m shaking but I finished it! I’m proud of how far I’ve come. I definitely would have given up a year ago. Thanks for making it slower cardio so I can do it and not get frustrated💕
My legs are on absolute fire but I’m loving every single second of it! Killer routine! In terms of the hair: curtain bangs are amazing! I recently cut my own and I love how they look! Do it! 💖
My lower body, thighs especially, were super sore from yesterday's leg workout, so I was relieved when she said our legs would get a rest for this one. Except...they didn't. With the exception of core, which can take daily workouts, it's not the best idea to have back-to-back lower body (or upper body) days. Those muscles need a chance to recover and rebound so you need that day off in between. Her Day 4 Arms workout should have been on deck for today/Day 3 and the Cardio Glow Up on deck for tomorrow/Day 4. I will be changing up the order of the workouts for this challenge going forward to get the most out of each workout. I still love and appreciate Cassey's workouts, especially the fact that they are free, but just something to consider for a future challenge.

Omg!! I didn’t even realise my inner thigh muscles are sore (from yesterday’s Day 2 of hot girl summer sculpt) until I started the warmup Plié😨 But glad could finish the workout in one go!! Looked so easy (as no jumping, nothing too crazy) but was sweating like fish in the end!! And that’s why I love working out with Blogilates 💕

Getting a foam roller helps my sore muscles a lot! If it's a muscle hurt, that's a good thing! It means you're getting stronger! You got this!

You can add wrist or ankle weights to all of her exercises. Bands can be added too. 😊
