Can you use that sd card for a dashcam? Will it still save files and auto write over? And when needed you can plug it into the computer and open it with the bit lock code...?

I have a cheap micro sd card 256GB which only saves small games on my switch with small storage 1GB, it will not save games with large storage 2GB and the sd card stops all the small games if I download a large game.. Is there a way to lock the sd card so it will only save small files

So I cant open it on some other computer? That's useless to me. Is there some utility that works like sandisk secure access, that will allow me to install it ON THE SD CARD ? So I can open it on any computer anywhere, as long as I have the password? Thanks.

You get option for saving recovery key at the time of turning on BitLocker. But if you lost recovery key and also not remember password, you can format your sd card or drive partition, it will delete everything.
