    Today is an upper body workout so be ready to stay moving together! This workout consists of 12 upper body exercises and that we will perform for 20 seconds at a time with 10 seconds rest and we will complete 4 rounds of each exercise. I want you to increase the challenge for yourself each round! I used anywhere from my 8 pound dumbbells up to my 25 pound dumbbells for this workout.
    The exercises:
    1. Walk out and in push ups
    2. Back Fly Chest Fly
    3. Left Arm Row
    4. Right Arm Row
    5. Chest Press
    6. Underhand Alternating Rows
    7. Chest Fly
    8. Hammer Curl with internal rotation
    9. Skull Crusher
    10. Bicep curl pulses
    12. Tricep Kickback Pulses

      For the first time in the almost 3 years that I have been working out with Sydney, this workout was interrupted numerous times by ads. I have never done a workout that has been interrupted with ads, definitely could've ruined my flow but I pushed through. #39andpregnant #mypregnancyjourney

    This was a intense workout but your motivation always get me through it I love the upper body I no its only building I strength up and I'm so glad to have a coach that will push use and get use out of I confront zone I love I no some days be challenging but I can't give up I really enjoyed your workout you very positive and loving thanks

      Hi Yolandria! What dumbbells did you use? I have always been very weak and unconfident and really struggle very much. I am a man and did this lesson with my mom. She said this class will help me build very thick strong arms and great confidence! It was really hard for me. I could only manage the lesson with 1 lb dumbbells throughout and my arms just gave up. Is it very weak? My mom used DBs of 15s, 20s, and 25s.

    I crushed it today!💪🏻✨ I’ve been having a hard time with my fitness for about a month now (got sick and then I just lost all motivation because of how bad my cardio got, and graduation-stress really hit me during this time) so I’ve been working to slowly incorporate a few workouts a week (not 5x like I used to but 3-4) and this morning was definitely one of the better ones. It showed me I need to calm down a little bit, trust the process and that it will get better🥰❤️💪🏻

    Weird, I got 5-6 ads during this workout. I've never gotten an ad before doing Sydney. No problem since it's free, but it was so odd every time one interrupted the workout. I still kept up the tabata energy the best I could. This was an intense workout mainly because of the speed. I liked it! I felt like a beast by the end.
