Really liked how the theme started with nostalgia. I share the same sentiment in the kitchen. All those years of cutting up the subzee and rolling out the chapati paid off for me too❤
Oh wow...Latif's new videos always make me happy....I love this dude...such a genuine and good hearted man. Latif....I'd love to see traditional Pakistani food being made in Pakistan....Bangladesh of course...and maybe the Himalayan foothills....regardless of nationality. For me...Pakistan is an unknown entity...I'm sure there are delights on offer that would be appreciated by foodies the world over....
Mate most of this food is pakistani, they call em indian restaurants because thats what the british can relate with otherwise especially up north 90% are run by pakistani altho bro latif is bangladeshi
Latif, my mum has passed and she was the best cook out of all my aunts. I never got her to teach me how to cook. But you’ve done that, so well taught. You’re a beautiful man
I can’t count how many of your dishes I’ve made but never had a bad one. As a Brit living in the US, your dishes bring me home. Thank you for everything.
Tonight I cooked this for my family including 6yr old granddaughter and 3 year old grandson who are very fussy eaters. I used paprika in place of Kashmiri chilli powder. Everyone absolutely loved it. I did put some in another pan and added fresh chillis as my daughter and I like a bit of a kick. This is such a tasty meal and one my daughter is going to cook in future as the kids practically licked their plates clean. Thank you very much.
Ian May god bless you. I was having a stressful day until I read this. You made my day. Thank you for taking the time out to put this on the comment section. Love you guys man!
Your earlier "Keema with peas" is one of my all-time favourites, although I always added one or two more tomatoes than the instructions, as I liked a little more sauce. Sounds like this new variant will be right up my street! Would love to see you Mum featured in future videos - she obviously taught you well. Thanks as always for your wonderful channel.
Going to be cooking this one tomorrow... still finishing the mutton korahi I made yesterday! I took the opportunity to get some lovely lamb mince from the Asian supermarket I visited when I bought the mutton. Those places are a revelation - totally awesome educational experience! Love it! The proprietors were lovely, and delighted that a daft white English bloke was taking the care to do things as properly as possible. They were incredibly helpful!
You are so natural and so humble...i always watch your videos because its authentically Indian... may allah bless u and ur family...from a south african hindu ❤
Wow what a great recipe! I remember turning up to my local curry house early and the staff were eating this and invited me in to eat with them I love this dish.
You never cease to make me hungry, Latif. Love your energy -- great video, as always! Keep up the great work & I hope you've had a great time on your travels!!
I made this dish when you posted the video of your mom's keema some time back ....i added the peas and potatoes .....it was amazing ...i also used some of it to fill samosas...the family and work mates loved them ......keep up the great work
Aslmualaikum your cooking is tasty and you a great chef.Your start with Bismillah makes everything perfect.Just I would never cook without washing meat lol.Visit South Africa aswell.
Brother Latif, I have tried for years to get keema right. I cooked it today using your recipe, and I have to say, this is as close to perfect as it can get. It reminds me of when my mum used to make it when she was alive. Thank you very much for sharing this recipe. Your Tandoori chicken recipe is also the best one I have cooked. It goes down really, really well with my family and friends. Once again, thank you very much! 🙏
I live in the U.S and lamb is hard to find but I'm trying to find more recipes with all forms of making lamb. These videos help thanks keep them coming.
Lovely video. I was introduced to this dish by my favourite restaurant/take away. Used to serve it fairly dry with a side of tarka dhal (for the sauce), peas pilau and chapati. He wouldn't put it on the menu as most people wouldn't want to wait. As he said, an unfortunate British trait. Those that knew of it understood the waiting time would be longer. Would love to see some starter recipes or street food style dishes.
Just made my best curry yet following your instructions, amazing, best instruction on 'Indian' food, Bangladesh/Pakistan, just keep showing us how its done, Top Banana !!!
When the chef is excited, that comes across in the final meal - thanks for all you do! I picked up 1 kg of lamb mince last night to make kofta, but I think that this is a better use of the meat, thanks for the inspiration. I've followed you for a while and love your travel videos, Bangladesh is great, and I like the idea of Malaysia, maybe add Indonesia, and Singapore. One of my favourites
Thanks as always for your great vidos. Looking forward to the cook book. When it comes to potatos, if you like dryer, more floury spuds - if you can find them in the UK, try Foxton. I grow a lot of my own food and they are a fantastic spud. Trust me on this, I'm Irish 🙂
This is in my top 3 authentic curries from you! Since this came out, have made about 4 times! The other favourite is your red hot meat and potato curry, and then your garlic pickle chicken!
Oh wow, yes love this curry! I’m gonna cook an kofta curry soon using lamb or beef mince make sure to try that too. I love it so I hope you guys will too.
Hi absolutely amazing dish ! My cooking has come on leaps and bounds since watching your videos for over a year now ! So thank you , keep up the good work look forward to seeing you soon
I'm a white Aussie living in UK and I've been making this since I was 14, I'm now 55 and this is my number 1 home comfort food. To me this is a big hug in for form 💓
Latif your mums keema is my favourite curry I do . Love it with chapati . When people ask for a good keema recipe on Facebook groups I tell them to look for your mums keema on you tube as it wl not be beaten cheers for the videos mate .
I have made Keema Matar many times. I have made Keema Aloo may times. But I have never made Keema Aloo Matar. I am really looking forward to trying this, and I suspect that it will become a firm favourite. And, yes please, I would love to see your Mum cooking this dish.
Tried this for the family the other day and we all felt that it would be great to use this recipe as a samosa filling. 👍 Keep up the great work, love the videos.
When I was a little girl in the 1950’s my mom made keema for me,and for herself,my dad was one of those English men who refused to eat anything he deemed not British, well it started my love of Asian food.I moved to the US when I grew up,and 29 years ago I moved to an area of New York, that has become the largest Bangladeshi community in Queens, there are so many takeout places, for the Bangladeshi ,not for Americans, though I do see Afro-Americans enjoying the food.I have never seen keema,in the takeouts, and my friends never give me keema,it’s always fish, beef, goat, and chicken roast. So I will make this for myself, and thank you.Malaysia would be good, and Thailand,2 of my favourites, after Indian.
Yes. Please get your mum to show us how she cooks it. Mums always do it best. Thanks for sharing this. Your one pot chicken garlic chili recipe is my absolute favourite. Look forward to seeing you on your travels.
Wonderfull dish, its a favorite and easy to make. Goes so well with Nan or even French sticks (Baguettes). You can even add Okra. Visit Turkiye, Oman, Japan, but before all those perform Haj if you haven't done so. Thanks for sharing.🐞
I definitely want to see your beautiful Mom cook this dish ‼️ I would also like to see her garden this summer with all her beautiful vegetables.
Really liked how the theme started with nostalgia. I share the same sentiment in the kitchen. All those years of cutting up the subzee and rolling out the chapati paid off for me too❤

THE one thing I have learned: fresh herbs and fresh coriander makes the world of difference. Amazing.
Keema curry during iftar ( Roja) in Bangladesh is world's best.

@@LatifsInspired i want to ask who do some people cook it like normal meat like 45mins before bunning? what technique is this is it correct?
