I was so happy to find CDornerFitness STEP! I'm and 80's girl that remembers when they first introduced step at the gym, back in the day! Yes that makes me 51 and STILL love step, but it's so hard to find anywhere and I workout from home now with Bodi - but i so miss step - and now I get to enjoy it again! Chris's choreography is great, excellent teaching and calls as you go, levels are on point...cannot say enough good things about her step and THEN she opens this workout with Orbital Beboop from the movie Girls Just Wanna Have Fun - oh Chris you are speaking my language! Thank you so much for sharing what you do and bringing the joy of step back into my world!

I am a 100% beginner. Haven’t done a step class in probably 20 years. I have been walking very regularly but that’s it. This class was the perfect level. I’m sweating my butt off right now but was able to go to the end and keep up with most of the steps. I feel I could do this class numerous more times before feeling like I need something more challenging or changing it up (which I plan to find another of your videos). Love your energy and smile. 67 years old. Right knee replacement 1 year ago . Even though walking and active every day, still gaining weight. Eat healthy with very little sugar. Used to do step regularly in my 30s and 40s. My knee is still painful but able to do your awesome workouts either way slowing speed down a bit. Very frustrating that can no longer bounce. But able to adapt your workouts for my needs. Getting my heart rate up. Love your workouts and will continue while I hope to lose the 8 lbs needed to get back comfortable in my jeans!

You asked if it was basic or intermediate I would say lower intermediate basic lol because it was only a few moves and it was repeated a good bit. The beats were perfect to be intermediate and high basic. People can do the moves without any jumps and to get more intensity they can do hops kind of instead of just step up you bounce kinda and it makes the intensity go up. And if they are more advanced they can actually use more raisers or and jump across the step and that type of things. I thought this workout was spot on. What I needed I have Achilles tendinitis right now because I have been jogging on my treadmill and it has developed even though I do weight lifting too. So I decided to try step and as long as I am not jumping off the right leg I had not Achilles issues doing this. And my Hr was up as if I was doing some jogging.. this was perfect! Thank you!
Revisited this workout and only realised the function of the cute leg back move is to twist the waste! My new fav now!

Loved this workout! I had to do 30 min of cardio as per instructed by my trainer and wasn't feeling it and didn't want to and almost didn't do it, but then you made an amazing class where I ended up sweating and feeling great! It was so much fun! Loved it!! ❤ Thank you

Good workout. I feel like it's pretty basic, but is good for basic steppers who are wanting something a bit more challenging. I'm an advanced stepper, so videos like this help me when I want something simple and to have have fun, rather than be so focused on learning the steps.
