I had 2 old step benches under my stairs, and gave one each. They have never done step before, and they are loving it.❤ You bring out the best in people . 😊❤❤❤
Yay Sunday step!!! Loved this workout! Thanks for the slower pace. As much as I LOVE the complicated stuff, the easier choreography was a nice brain break. 😜
My little Gemma said, "Mama! We don't work out on Sunday!" Today we did! I had forgotten how much you can FEEL and SWEAT during basic step when you aren't distracted by the harder moves. Great workout! Happy we did it, it was fun!😃

Thanks for hosting a step class on Sunday. On Sunday, I normally select one that fits my abilities, from the hundreds you have, and then add in a stretch after step video.
Really enjoyed this one and liked the slightly easier choreography. Good for days when I don’t want to have to think as much about the steps while still being a really great workout. Thanks!
I like repeating the red brick wall classes!! That was in the good ol' days😀😀! The choreography was easy to follow but challenging enough. Good job Chris encouraging me to stay until the stretch was over. THANKS
I did this for the second time and it was such a good feeling to actually breeze through it. Practice really does help. I am trying to listen more carefully to your calls instead of only trying to mirror you. Thanks for the great instruction, Chris!
Hesitated about doing another Step class in a row after doing the Fast one yesterday with Vanessa, but I'm so glad I did! Loved it & the slower pace was perfect. Broke out quite a sweat & burt just over 300 calories. Thanks Chris loved it! ❤

What a great satisfying challenge! By the end I finally got the number of steps correct after we stepped over to land on the rocking horse at the same time as you! So fun to learn. I’m not live with you but I still gave you some thumbs at my screen when I got each move. You are a fantastic teacher! Thank you, Chris. I enjoyed this and will do it again! Love you're 44 Min - Step Aerobics 128 BPM - Basic to intermediate - #185 it's a brilliant workout and is a great one to do especially at home and the exercises are really fun to especially the step aerobics it's a fantastic workout 😊
I found your workouts about 6 weeks ago. My fitness level is still at around 128bmp being decently challenging. especially with adding in arms. This is my new favorite and most fun workout so far at this speed range.
I had so much fun with this one! As a basic stepper I had to split it into two (same day), but will do it all at once when I get stronger! Thanks so much Christina!

Finally completed this one lol I did 20 min in the middle of last week and finished the last 25 min this morning .. took me a minute or two to get bk in the rhythm of the routines but I did it !
I love It! I taught step aerobics for 8 years in college and then afterwards. Our YMCA just asked me to come back and teach step. Is there anyway I can obtain remix music with today's songs to do routines to? This is great Chris! I'm so thankful for you!
