- Hi everyone!
Happy Friday! How is everything going?
I am so excited for the weekend. I was a little under the weather last week. Max and I both felt sick but thankfully it wasn’t covid!
I got so frustrated because I had so many things planned and my body just didn’t wanna move along. There was a point where I just had to let all of that go and just take time to give my body the rest it needed.
Now I am getting back into it I am slowly doing some Pilates! It’s such a perfect way to maintain your physical activities on days you are not feeling it or when you are just starting out!
Here is a little intense workout for you! Also, all your feedback is needed! Do you like the longer ones (40-50 min) or shorter +- 30 minutes) better ?

I prefer the 30 minute length workouts but I love all your workouts!!! With the 30 minute ones, I find myself not looking at the time as much!!
It’s also easier to put in tight schedules! 30 min during week and from 30-50 min on weekend days!
You are the most wonderful person on social media. You changed my life from being depressed and eating junk, to do pilates and aprechiate tje small things in the world like whole food and sun. ❤️

I just found your channel and this is exactly what Ive been looking for! No nonsense workout in 30 mins with stretching in between. Love all the planks you incorporate ! Had to take a few breaks but hopefully soon I can power through a whole one soon!

I got really sick in the past month, first with COVID and then with stomach infection so I'm kinda sad I am not able to complete the workout without tiny breaks like I did before :")

Hi,Sanne,can i do pilates in the morning and walking workout at home in evening on the same day.
Please ,could you make house fitness workouts too 🌸🥰
A longer stretch was needed in order to do this workout properly I think. It would be great if you did at least 5 min stretch before each of your workouts, even if it means the video will be 35 min instead of 30 🙂

Yes of course! You can always use extra weight throughout any workout to elevate it!
