Apart from the obvious sound issues, I found this video to be a very basic full body workout with no lower body emphasis. Only alignment tip given was "keep abdominals engaged" and exercises were uneven so I didn't feel balanced, and counting reps was off. Obviously this style of video resonates with some people but I'm going to stick with Nicole. Maybe next time try a voice over instead of speaking into a mic during the workout.
Great workout but your counting is terrible! X-D you start talking in the middle of the series of 10 and we end up doing 20 repetitions instead! any extra is agony when you are suffering the burn 😀
I am really enjoying these workouts. I actually like 40 min. I feel it is more effective than 30 min. Love the combination of exercise and stretch. Thank you!

I've been following you over the last two years and doing this month's challenge with you :)) A tip that I have for you is to detail the movement/exercise at the beginning, instead of explaining it more for the "second side"...like for the arm exercise that you describe as bouncing a basketball--without your notes it's hard to tell the position of your arm, like I thought you were doing a knifing motion instead of playing bball lol. Just a suggestion, so that both sides of our bodies can be balanced 🤪💕

I wanted to tell you that by seeing you move so gracefully and beautifully, I thought “wow, has she ever considered becoming an actress?” While I don’t know how you feel about the theatre industry, what stroke me is that you can do almost about anything you like in the world and still be a champ at it! Some people just have the luck and discipline it takes to be like that! As for the length of the workouts, the 40 and 50 min ones scare me a lot, but it’s such a reward when you realize you did it anyways! The only bummer is that with college starting again, I might not have time for it, so maybe 30-45 min workouts would be the best? I love them all anyways!
I love these workouts so much! I'm not good about stretching when working out so I love that you build stretches right into the routine. Feels so good!
