Hi, some people contacted me with the same question, but finally, their PC environment was not set correctly, especially they didn't place the "Metahuman Calibration" to the right folder. You can capture the black command window by recording your PC screen with your phone or some other softwares, and then please tell me what is shows. I will help you to find out the root cause.

I unzip the files and put in the folder. my folder path is C:\dna_calibration @@bingzhou7970 is it correct?
