In this episode we will apply the Chair to the level II Upside-Down Pilates curriculum. The Upside-Down Pilates level II curriculum begins adding in strength and endurance to your workout along with new exercises. In this full Pilates workout we will learn exercises such as hip rolls w/hamstring press, cross over press, side hovers, rotation prone, mermaid, spread eagle and many more Level II exercises.
