Amar, you are too funny - yes this is an order I used to know but evidently I have not been doing and therefore I forgot it - so sweet of you to include me in your list of "star" instructors - totally made my day LOL. Thanks so much for watching and have a great week! Happy New Year! xo
Thank you so much! OMG I needed this comment from you today - - new content coming tomorrow :) Thank you so much for watching and for your support. Any Pilates topics or exercise requests you have, please let me know xox
Yes! That’s why I like it too - when I leap on my whole body is already lifted and light as I begin the loooooong exercise. So glad you had fun! Keep up your beautiful work and see you soon ❤️
Hi there - thank you so much for watching and thanks for sharing your question here with us. Your question is a good one, however it's hard to be super specific as the time to build skill on the Wunda Chair is different for everyone. It depends on so many factors: overall level of fitness and ability, proficiency all around the Pilates studio on the other apparatus, specifically the Reformer and Mat, as well as a consistent steady practice with formal instruction, and also practicing on your own. The exercises on the Wunda Chair are challenging and numerous, and many of the exercises in this video are not appropriate/accessible for a beginner Pilates student. Students at the intermediate level could work toward most of these exercises, but they of course will get more skill and proficiency given more time and practice. It's hard to put a time frame on it unfortunately, but with repetition you will see improvement and more steadiness with each practice. Thank you so much for reading this long answer to your question and I hope it was helpful :) xox
Such a relief that when the exercise lists get long even the STAR instructors look at their lists
:-)
