    Very clever not to give the entirety of the workout, especially when promoting your own service! I appreciate what you did share! So creative! It got my creative juices flowing so when this workout ended, I did some of my own back extension variations with use of the box and chair! Thank you for the inspiration!       I know this question was a long time ago. I used an old aerobics step raised up with a yoga mat folded in half on top. Worked perfect if anyone else can use that work around for not having a box.
