    Get ready for our Mobility, Balance and Strength workout from our Anti-Aging program on the website. Here are baseline exercises you want to include in your every day or every week routine to maintain strength, mobility and flexibility in your joints and around your spine.
    ✅ You need :
    1 mat
    A wall nearby
    1 set of core sliders
    Optional:
    1 set of light hand weights (3-5lb)
