  • Lets take all those goody exercises from Chair and combine them into a 25-minute flow. Each exercise will build off each other to create deep connection and control which in return will turn up the heat in the body.     Hi. I would have loved it if you had explained which spring was harder, which was easier. When you might add more etc.
