- Get ready for a focused all-over-body Pilates workout on the Wunda Chair for beginners.
This is a full 40 minute Pilates workout which will leave you feeling strong, aligned, lengthened and connected to your core.
This is the first Pilates workout in a series of 12 full-body Pilates workouts on the wunda chair. This is a level 1, out of the 12 levels.
The exercises progress over the 12 programmes going from beginner to late-beginner to Intermediate to late-intermediate all the way through to Advanced.
Nell Hoess has been practicing and teaching these programmes for over 15 years. They are a sure way to steadily progress through the Pilates repertoire. You will find both modern and traditional exercises in the programmes.

You're so welcome! I'm happy to hear you like the combo. I find when teaching clients (and just doing the workouts myself) that combining the Spine Corrector and Mat exercises gives a more all over body conditioning program that balances strength and flexibility.💪🏼

If we don’t have a spine corrector, how do we do those exercises?
Thanks for your comment. If you dont have a spine corrector you can substitute with a Triadball or Pilates Ball. Otherwise just do abs and side lying exercises from the floor workout. Hope that helps.
