    Hi everyone, thanks for joining me in this water themed morning yoga flow. The element of water (jala) is all about fluidity, going with the flow, creativity and emotions. Physically this class will focus on opening up your hips and hamstrings for increased flexibility.
    This class is suitable for all experience levels and no props are needed. Morning yoga classes are a great way to set the intention for the day ahead. We'll go through poses like squat, side lunge, warrior 2 and pigeon pose.

      Need more instruction on how to squat on one foot with the other leg extended without lifting my sanding heel off the floor. Which is more important, keeping the standing foot flat on the floor, or getting all the way down? 🤔

      ​@@amycampbell3096 Both options are good, ideally you'd try to work on both evenly! Keeping the foot flat will work on your ankle strength and mobility and lowering all the way down will work more on your hips and hamstrings.

    This flow was really quite pleasant. I enjoyed the dancing warrior pose. My word today is "current": use the energy I have where I'm called to use it, and stay present today.

    I was feeling so anxious before this and now feel great! I use ur videos as anxiety management and use thebedtimee stretches every night. Was feeling very stressed today, so did this session and now feel SO much better! It's incredible how much yoga can help with anxiety and stress 😊

    Love this sequence. With the theme of water, It made me think of the late Bruce Lee, "be like water, my friend”

    Endurance!! We are giving a room in our home a make-over and will have a young lady college student friend stay with us fir a while. The transformation had been a lot! Yet fun too! Its amazing to strip away old and let the knew through! In body, mind, spirit and in the physical space!! Thank you always! Its a pleasant time with you!!!

    Complete!! Very refreshing, performed with intention to inhance sexuality and reduce resistance based stress in life.
    I truly appreciate shorter (15 min.-40 min.) practices to do while working from home, or in-between chores on busy days.

    This flow was SOOOOOO good. The water flow energy boost is very smooth and nice for sore joints. I especially LOOOVE the spinal stretch in this flow, it created lovely relief in my low back. I found myself very happy and joyful through this particular routine! Well done Kassandra!

    Loved this water element practice. My word is "write". I'm a composer, working on a band piece. Working title: Blue Water, Blue Sky. (for a band in a city on Lake Michigan). So this practice today was particularly meaningful. Thanks as always.

    Love these outdoor sessions Kassandra. I’m stiff with achy arms and shoulders in the mornings but this worked well for me. Will aim to practice this sequence regularly.
