- This ballet workout for full body will focus on toning the abs and legs at home with the option to add the pilates ball! At only 30 minutes, this total body pilates workout is great for beginners to try at home for a full body burn and weight loss. Ballet pilates is great for lengthening and strengthening but it is also great for improving your flexibility for ballet class! This ballet pilates workout has a short warm up and a series of ballet stretching exercises to cool down.

Tried this and completed without equipment. I had some problems with the figure 8 stuff (due to my injury,I think?) but I finally notice some tangible progresses with side planks and my arms in general ❤. Pilates is not the easiest activity but to me is a game changer. Thank you Hannah for this new video ❤❤❤, I loved it.❤❤❤
