Back Workout to ELIMINATE BACK FAT (No More Bra Bulge!)

- Do you have back fat and bra bulge? Do you want to get rid of it and tone up? Then you have come to the right place girl, I got you! This workout will help you get rid of back fat and bra bulge in 14 days!
You will need a pair of light to moderate dumbbells (choose a weight that challenges you, but doesn't compromise your form) or anything you have at home like water bottles or cans etc.
We will complete each exercise for 30 seconds, followed by a 10 second rest.
REMEMBER, this is YOUR workout. Take a longer rest if you need to or if needed, drop the weights and use your own bodyweight instead. Some of the exercises in this workout can be done without weights :)
To see REAL , TRUE, and LASTING results, combine this workout with other workouts like my walking workouts, full body workouts and ab workouts. Also, make sure you are eating a balanced diet and feeling your body.
