Thanks this made some sense to , me ..been having relationship/stress issues then fasted again for 5 days then broke fast and my throat went nuts …i fast all the time for about 10 days and never had this happened till now 🤷🏻♂️

Have you tried coconut oil fasting? The MCTs are metabolized in the liver, raising metabolism and improving circulation while blood sugar/insulin is not affected...

Taking coconut oil first thing in the morning is great for boosting metabolism, weight loss, regularity also treats carb withdrawal syndrome. I have never understood why Americans eat desert for breakfast...
@@LesliesNewPrime Interesting. I just go with scrambled pastured eggs fried in pastured butter with salsa and either nopales (cactus), shitake mushrooms or spaghetti style zucchini. Sometimes with handmade corn tortillas which are sometimes fried/toasted in avocado oil. Or, with almond flour waffles. Plus, avocado. Anything but a SAD, upside down food pyramid (the way that the nurse in charge of the project originally designed it, before BigFood lobbyists took it over and created what she said was a recipe for diabetes").
Thank you Leslie for this video .l have been searching this for long and l come across your video.I have always keep a doubt on my IF of 16/8 as I am a hypothyroidism person and I heard that we must not fast .Your video gives me a big relief and I can continue my IF with a great peace of mind because I feel good with my IF and lost 5 kgs . Thank you so much and one last thing can we took our supplements like omega3 vitamins etc during the 16 hours fast
@@LesliesNewPrime Yes, we definitely want to be in a good zone but sometimes they say it is the normal yet you feel otherwise. I will try the slow carb at night like you suggested and in the morning around 8 or 9 am, I usually have some tea with mct oil, wheatgrass, and the collagen.
That's too complicated....and not true all the way..yes u can do that if u want to..but people with thyroid can do fasting drinking only water for for six days and break fasting on the seventh day eat small but but rich meals that will benefit your body and get back on the fasting for another 6 days That's where you was truly going to see the benefits...
When you fast did you know that prayers work more powerful in spirit i do this often. Very powerful.

What if you have no thyroid at all. There’s not a lot of information catering to this

Do you have any experience with led mask therapy facial as someone with hyperthyroidism or without thyroid.
I was hyperthyroid but they say I am normal now but I believe I have parathyroid or hypothyroid now.

Not good if your adrenals are not strong.
