    What if they point out that you're new and dont have any experience?? What would be a good response.

      Say you have a team with (x) amount of experience that will guide you through the entire process to get the job done. Also, focus on the fact that because your new and you have what it takes and you will have to be all on this deal compared to the big names that will treat them like another transaction.

    In reference to the objection regarding price. How do you know if the comps you used is what the appraiser would use? Is that a far stretch to make that claim? Also I really love the content your putting out. Is it possible you two could do this type of video weekly or monthly so new agents like myself can hear all the different objections and the response given?

      The facts are facts, idk what your market your in but go with the best 3 out of 10... unless these are condos in the same sub division
