If you’re new to the business you’re not gonna have the money for a TC lol so you just have to learn how to do the paperwork. This is why having a good Broker is very important. You’re paying them part of your commission to help you so you want a Broker who is going to be willing, able, and available to help.
Idk about your TC, but most TCs get paid through escrow when the deal closes so the agent is not paying a fee upfront.
Who pays the TC fees? What about on the buyers side?
I’m a transaction coordinator and I’ve been wondering if I’m being taken advantage of, do you know what the average pay is?
Hmmm I’m not sure. Some are on salary, some get paid per file. My TC gets paid a flat fee per transaction of $300

I did some research and found that TC’s are paid around $300-$500 a transaction and I’m only getting paid $100 and when I brought it up to the agent he tried to tell me that’s how much they were paid back then before technology... you should make a video about how to expand as a TC but idk if it’s convenient for agents /:

Loida Velasquez SoCal LA county! We’re in Keller Williams like you were and he’s looking to switch. I feel like I’m getting taken advantage of because I’m young and undocumented, when he hired me I was very in need of a job and thankfully real estate let’s undocumented people make a career. I’m just looking to find other agents to do TC work for so that I can get out of this situation, but I’m not sure how to market myself!

Which TC do you use here in California?
Well I’m with eXp and the system we use for our transactions is SkySlope - my TC works directly with SkySlope and that’s how I got her.
