I tried this for a week!! Here are my results! Day 1: ✅ this really burned today but I can tell it’s a good workout!! My goal is to get the full 90 degree shoulders! Day 2: ✅ still burned today and no difference because it’s only day 2 Day 3: ✅ getting a bit easier to do and I’ve been bopping to these songs Day 4: ✅ halfway there!! Went by much quicker today! Day 5: ✅ had a bit of a stressful day today so it was nice to feel the burn during the workout! Day 6: ✅ still felt the burn but it’s getting more tolerable Day 7: ✅ I can’t believe I stuck with it! I took before and after pics and I didn’t really see much of a difference within one week but it kept my arms toned and it kept my shoulders original form which they were a bit 90 degree angled to start!! But I’m proud of myself for completing the challenge!

Plus sized person here. Been doing this for the past 2 weeks or so, haven’t been looking in the mirror much but it did help slim down some of the fat around the armpit and arms ! I been doing this at least once or twice daily, it was a huge struggle at first since I kept getting exhausted so quickly. Now I can keep up and barely feel the burn.

Lovely to know as Im over weight with stiff neck shoulders etc and last night did her 30min walking video that had lots of arms movement then suddenly pulled something in my shoulder whilst going to bed as I haven't exercised shoulder in this way for a long time even though I go gym inconsistently it was so painful I couldn't move took pain killers and massaged it slightly so less pain today. I will try this in a couple of days as scared to pull my shoulder again.

@@weewoo-c5s I didn't to mean offend you or anything. Round shoulders often cause big trap muscles. And I have them. I just wanted to know if this exercise helps to reduce them??
@@Glutamicacid ohh, all good. i do also have them, and this workout may help somewhat, though i havent seen as big as a chance in them comparing to the actual shoulders, so if you do them long enough, they may help, though if thats your specific target, i recommend a different workout:)

ever since I was twelve i've been struggling with feeling insecure about my shoulders. I feel like looking fat has a lot of impact on the way i'm treated and i always cover my arms because of my shoulders. I'm 13 and I got fatshamed by my friend. I'm a little overweight but i cover my stomach a lot, i know he brought it up because I had my shoulders out. I was honestly sad but it doesn't no good. If i'm not happy with it i have the power to change it. I will be doing thing every day until thanksgiving break is over. (No clue when it ends but it starts next week.) I will be writing my progress in here for motivation or to just encourage other people day 1 : ✅ day 2: ✅ day 3:✅ (idk if i'm tweaking but i kinda see progress already).

I know very well the movements and how good they do to our bodies and mind. I never like going to the gymnasium. I enjoy very much running instead. @@Shinybreakup For me it worked quite well. I was doing it once a day and I'm starting to think I might need to do it twice a day for faster results🥰 My neck hump has reduced a lot and my shoulders are much straighter and lean. The most noticeable thing is my collarbone is much more visible. For now, It's not 100% yet because I have a huge problem with my hunched back and neck hump. It will probably take more time and I need some weight training to see more results, but overall it's really change for sure if you don’t want to do weight training just doing this workout. I guarantee🤣 Even if I'm very lazy and have to force myself to do it, I'll keep doing it.

(I did it 3 times.) Day 2: It is easier than yesterday, even with my back pain (I did it Once) DAY3 I really can feel the difference. It feels convenient (I did it 3 times) Day 4: I feel a little bit better and before I do the exercises, my back was hurt me a lot since I woke up. During the exercises, I felt it was hard to continue but I did not give up (I did it 3 times.) Day 5: I feel convenient after that but also, my back was hurting all day so I think I should keep my back straight as much as I can. I did it one more time after and I feel really good because I thought twice was not enough so (I did it 3 times.) Day 6: Its easy and I really feel convenient as always but usually my back hurts during the day I dont know if its normal or not but its really annoying, even though (I did it 3 times.) I have been suffering from shoulder width since I was young, and this is my first day of training. I did it for one month after I get 90° shoulders I stopped doing that and now again I have to do this cause my shoulders again get round 😅 I guess I should keep it doing even after getting my goals
I will do this workout for 14 days. I am starting today. Day 1 ✅️ - it was kinda painful Day 2 ✅️ - doneee Day 3 ✅️ Day 4 ✅️ Day 5 ✅️ - I did it only for five days but I see the result slightly (I was in calorie deficit these days so I guess it helped too, but be careful with this and I recommend max 100 calorie deficit otherwise there is a risk of you f-cking up ur metabolism) Day 6. - I let my body rest a little today since I did intense ab workout after a while and my abs really hurt now Day 7 ✅️ - it was so much easier than previous days Day 8 ✅️ - doneee Day 9 ✅️

I know very well the movements and how good they do to our bodies and mind. I never like going to the gymnasium. I enjoy very much running instead. @@Shinybreakup For me it worked quite well. I was doing it once a day and I'm starting to think I might need to do it twice a day for faster results🥰 My neck hump has reduced a lot and my shoulders are much straighter and lean. The most noticeable thing is my collarbone is much more visible. For now, It's not 100% yet because I have a huge problem with my hunched back and neck hump. It will probably take more time and I need some weight training to see more results, but overall it's really change for sure if you don’t want to do weight training just doing this workout. I guarantee🤣 Even if I'm very lazy and have to force myself to do it, I'll keep doing it.

Day 1:there is a simple difference; also, my back hurt after the exercises, which is normal because I did not done exercises since a long time. (I did it 3 times.)
Day 2: It is easier than yesterday, even with my back pain (I did it Once)
DAY3 I really can feel the difference. It feels convenient (I did it 3 times)
Day 4: I feel a little bit better and before I do the exercises, my back was hurt me a lot since I woke up. During the exercises, I felt it was hard to continue but I did not give up (I did it 3 times.)
Day 5: I feel convenient after that but also, my back was hurting all day so I think I should keep my back straight as much as I can. I did it one more time after and I feel really good because I thought twice was not enough so (I did it 3 times.)
Day 6: Its easy and I really feel convenient as always but usually my back hurts during the day I dont know if its normal or not but its really annoying, even though (I did it 3 times.)
Day 7: I did it and as always, my back hurts I hope it get lost with time (I did it twice)
Day 8: I did it and the exercises became easier but my back pain did not get lost (I did it Twice)

personally it didnt work for me but i didnt really stick to it all that well and i just found it a bit tricky to keep up with every day
when i stopped this workout i found that yoga worked better and was just easier to do
