    I've been doing this workout for a month and the difference is AMAZING!! I've finally got 90° shoulders. thank you for the ability to look and FEEL feminine and confident. omg I'm so in love with this workout

    I tried this for a week!!
    Here are my results!
    Day 1: ✅ this really burned today but I can tell it’s a good workout!! My goal is to get the full 90 degree shoulders!
    Day 2: ✅ still burned today and no difference because it’s only day 2
    Day 3: ✅ getting a bit easier to do and I’ve been bopping to these songs
    Day 4: ✅ halfway there!! Went by much quicker today!
    Day 5: ✅ had a bit of a stressful day today so it was nice to feel the burn during the workout!
    Day 6: ✅ still felt the burn but it’s getting more tolerable
    Day 7: ✅ I can’t believe I stuck with it! I took before and after pics and I didn’t really see much of a difference within one week but it kept my arms toned and it kept my shoulders original form which they were a bit 90 degree angled to start!! But I’m proud of myself for completing the challenge!

    I am suffering from straight neck pain goes to my left shoulder and arm . Started your exercises a month ago and it’s working better than physical therapy I had before. Thanks for making this shoulder workout video.

    I’ve always struggled with having a tight neck and major aches and pains in my shoulders for years and I’ve been doing this workout every day for almost 2 weeks and OMG it’s a miracle!! I no longer wake up feeling tight and sore and I actually look forward to doing this workout because of the difference it has made in my life. Thank you!🙏🏽

    I suffer from scoliosis so this workout has been great just a couple times and I already notice less pain and roundness in my shoulder. God bless!

    Plus sized person here. Been doing this for the past 2 weeks or so, haven’t been looking in the mirror much but it did help slim down some of the fat around the armpit and arms !
    I been doing this at least once or twice daily, it was a huge struggle at first since I kept getting exhausted so quickly. Now I can keep up and barely feel the burn.

      well done. Lovely to know as Im over weight with stiff neck shoulders etc and last night did her 30min walking video that had lots of arms movement then suddenly pulled something in my shoulder whilst going to bed as I haven't exercised shoulder in this way for a long time even though I go gym inconsistently it was so painful I couldn't move took pain killers and massaged it slightly so less pain today. I will try this in a couple of days as scared to pull my shoulder again.

      @@Glutamicacid ohh, all good. i do also have them, and this workout may help somewhat, though i havent seen as big as a chance in them comparing to the actual shoulders, so if you do them long enough, they may help, though if thats your specific target, i recommend a different workout:)

    30 years of chronic pain and after just a set of 10 of anything my neck and arms…I would look like I had muscular dystrophy. I’ve been listening to trauma healing and nerve healing binaural beats and I’ve been doing exercises. So so so excited

    ever since I was twelve i've been struggling with feeling insecure about my shoulders. I feel like looking fat has a lot of impact on the way i'm treated and i always cover my arms because of my shoulders. I'm 13 and I got fatshamed by my friend. I'm a little overweight but i cover my stomach a lot, i know he brought it up because I had my shoulders out. I was honestly sad but it doesn't no good. If i'm not happy with it i have the power to change it. I will be doing thing every day until thanksgiving break is over. (No clue when it ends but it starts next week.) I will be writing my progress in here for motivation or to just encourage other people

    Keeping track of the progress/results!
    6/11: ✅ difficult! my arms started feeling tired at around 3 minutes, but I pushed through.
    6/12: ✅ a little easier! feeling a little more confident about my arms :)
    6/13: ✅ did 1.5 workouts!
    started the slim arms workout instead because that's more in line with what I want!

    I've been doing this for like a month and i can see results like i lost all the fat in my arm pits and in my back and my collarbones are visible but i didn't get 90 degree shoulder till now so i will do it until i get full results byby

    Day 1 Tuesday : done ---> It was hard cuz' I really am a lazy person and i do 00000 sport ; literally nothing
    Day 2 Wednesday : done --> it become easier when you get used to these exercices
    Day 3 Thursday : done --> The muscle will be tense and sour that you will automatically walk straight with your shoulders up

    I started this workout today!!

    Day 1: ✅ [Upper arms, shoulders, and neck hurt. 😭Which is a good sign]
    Day 2: ✅ [Same pain. My shoulders and neck for some reason are tingling, LOL]

    Hi Mizi. Thanks for your exercises always so nit and well organized. Although, I almost become a professional in the area of movement and Dance. I know very well the movements and how good they do to our bodies and mind. I never like going to the gymnasium. I enjoy very much running instead. Nevertheless, I can testify these movements (workouts), are putting my legs, arms everything in place. kind Regards

      @@Shinybreakup For me it worked quite well. I was doing it once a day and I'm starting to think I might need to do it twice a day for faster results🥰 My neck hump has reduced a lot and my shoulders are much straighter and lean. The most noticeable thing is my collarbone is much more visible. For now, It's not 100% yet because I have a huge problem with my hunched back and neck hump. It will probably take more time and I need some weight training to see more results, but overall it's really change for sure if you don’t want to do weight training just doing this workout. I guarantee🤣 Even if I'm very lazy and have to force myself to do it, I'll keep doing it.

    Day 1:there is a simple difference; also, my back hurt after the exercises, which is normal because I did not done exercises since a long time. (I did it 3 times.)
    Day 2: It is easier than yesterday, even with my back pain (I did it Once)
    DAY3 I really can feel the difference. It feels convenient (I did it 3 times)
    Day 4: I feel a little bit better and before I do the exercises, my back was hurt me a lot since I woke up. During the exercises, I felt it was hard to continue but I did not give up (I did it 3 times.)
    Day 5: I feel convenient after that but also, my back was hurting all day so I think I should keep my back straight as much as I can. I did it one more time after and I feel really good because I thought twice was not enough so (I did it 3 times.)
    Day 6: Its easy and I really feel convenient as always but usually my back hurts during the day I dont know if its normal or not but its really annoying, even though (I did it 3 times.)
    Day 7: I did it and as always, my back hurts I hope it get lost with time (I did it twice)
    Day 8: I did it and the exercises became easier but my back pain did not get lost (I did it Twice)
    DAY9: It is became easier and my back hurts as usual but I did the neck hump exercises too (I did it Twice)
    DAY10:I did it with forward head posture & neck hump exercises and It is doing well(I did it Twice)
    DAY11:I did not do any exercises
    DAY12:I DID IT but I noticed that my back has not hurt anymore (I did it Once)
    DAY13:I did it finally because I felt a little bit lazy also my back hurts again(I did it TWICE)
    DAY14:It is a stressful day but thankallah (I did it Twice)
    DAY15:I did not do any exercises
    DAY16:I did not do any exercises
    DAY17:I did not do any exercises too
    DAY18:I done it finally (I did it once)
    DAY19:I did not do any exercises
    DAY20:I did it and today was a stressful day cause the new school that I moved to is so bad but thank allah I will not stay at the school ...It is bacame my diary 🥺any way keep going (I did it once)

    I have been suffering from shoulder width since I was young, and this is my first day of training. I felt effective, but will these exercises make my shoulders less broad than before? because I do not suffer from fat by structure. My body’s bones are like this, so please tell me in the comments.     I'm going to b doing this for the next 2 weeks
    day 1 - my arms hurt so bad but i havent seen any progress
    day 2 - it wasnt so bad today but when i woke up my arms were super sore
    day 3 - honestly today was like 10 times easier that the other days
    day 4 - today felt pretty hard but i think im starting to see progress
    day 5 -
    day 6 - i fell assleap yesterday before i did it so today i did it twice and my arms are killing me
    day 7 - today wasnt so bad🤷
    day 8 i think - same as yesterday

      personally it didnt work for me but i didnt really stick to it all that well and i just found it a bit tricky to keep up with every day
      when i stopped this workout i found that yoga worked better and was just easier to do

    I will do this workout for 14 days.
    I am starting today.
    Day 1 ✅️ - it was kinda painful
    Day 2 ✅️ - doneee
    Day 3 ✅️
    Day 4 ✅️
    Day 5 ✅️ - I did it only for five days but I see the result slightly (I was in calorie deficit these days so I guess it helped too, but be careful with this and I recommend max 100 calorie deficit otherwise there is a risk of you f-cking up ur metabolism)
    Day 6. - I let my body rest a little today since I did intense ab workout after a while and my abs really hurt now
    Day 7 ✅️ - it was so much easier than previous days
    Day 8 ✅️ - doneee
    Day 9 ✅️
