    Aren’t these just the existing prices? They just don’t require a reservation anymore.

    I've seen 3 different ones here recently, silver, red, and black they are so ugly and look like there is very little room in them. What are they good for?

    They never took "orders" for the RWD/low cost CT. They allowed people to make reservations, but your reservation was on any of the versions until you were invited to order. Makes sense since the competition are all in the similar price range 70-110K range; GMC Sierra, Hummer EVs, Ford Lightnings, etc. Tesla has much more demand still than any of those with building up inventory it seems - report fairly.

    They figured that only few people were going to purchase the rear drive version. EV adoption is extremely slow, even with government mandates, every EV costing over 65k with exemption of few. Most folks can’t afford these vehicles.

    Please get your facts straight. They did not cancel anything. All they did is make the Foundation Series available to anyone without a preorder. Once they get no more orders for the Foundation Series then they will make available the non foundation Series at the 80k and 96k prices and then next year do the single motor at 60k. Please know what you are talking about before making a video!

    • @TNCowboy2012
      @TNCowboy2012 2 месяца назад

      With all due respect, we all know the 60k version won't be available next year, or the year after, or the year after that. Just like the model 3 standard range for 35k. Remember that? It was available for 2 weeks only then removed from the website. I think never would be far more accurate for the 60k version. Am I wrong? I am just going by history.

    That is the ugliest vehicle that I’ve seen with Tesla and it’s even uglier in person! I guess it least it doesn’t look like a salamander like some of their other vehicles do I mean you can spot them a mile away! For Tesla well it has always been known for its Brand and it’s high dollar value and attracting certain people. It wasn’t really ever made to attract the every day middle blue class worker! But yet in today’s society, no matter how far in debt we are as American citizens we’re stupid and we are so willing to pay for something with four wheels and aluminum, that no matter what the price is or how long it takes us to pay it or how much we really can’t afford it we will buy it! And you mentioned $100,000 for the cost of the new vehicle seriously I guess for that modern technology really isn’t that much when you look at the fact a midsize SUV with a little bit of bells and whistles to it starts at what? $28-30k, and let’s don’t begin to add any accessories just bare minimum because then we’re up into the $40-45 to $50-55K range! And that’s just for midsize SUV. So I guess you know something that has all the bells and whistles on it like the Tesla does and the name I guess. $100K really isn’t that outrageous or stupid is it?

    • @Jeymez
      @Jeymez Месяц назад

      @Blue-moon12 it's only because he came up with something, that the EPA and the government has been looking for, for years.
      Tesla was the answer, now Elon's reasons for building electric vehicles isn't the same as theirs, but the industry has been looking for something that can reduce carbon emissions for a long time.
      sure Tesla wasn't actually the first electric vehicle, but they were the first to really drive and get the ball rolling.
      And that's why you have all these manufacturers making EV's now, it's just they don't have the range to match Tesla, which is why the EV craze hasn't caught onto the majority.
      but the industry is also a copycat league, and Elon is a money grabber just like
      Trump. so he basically came up with something he was hoping would make him rich, not that the man didn't already have money, but Tesla certainly is what helped made him a celebrity.
      but he didn't stop there, oh no, that man is too smart. he bought Twitter, how money that's how. it's why it's called X now, it'll always be Twitter to me, but i barely use the site, but that has also made him more money.
      whatever the guy can get his hands on, makes him money. people have a different opinion about him now, but there's no denying his impact in the auto world.

    The Cybertruck should be treated as what it is, their flagship vehicle
    If I were Tesla, I wouldn't sell any under $90k, unless you already reserved one, from the launch, at a lower price. That they sold over 4k in June proves there is plenty of market for them to work in.
