    Definitely the right choice if, like me, you’re buying a convertible Mustang. You don’t buy a convertible to outgun other sports cars, you buy it to go cruising, roof back, Ray-Bans on, Steely Dan on the stereo and elbow on the window ledge. So no need for a V8.
    And remember that the V8, being nose-heavy, will accentuate the slight adverse effect on the handling suffered by all convertibles. This is caused by removal of the roof from the coupe.

    2018 names the ecoboost a perfect consumer rating on the Mustang.
    1. Use synthetic oil
    2. Minimum 91 octane
    3. Maintain every 5K
    4. Always get the extended warranty, I got mine used at 29K for 29K

    If you still have the car, you can always reset the stereo while driving by holding in the power and the track forward button for a few seconds....that way you dont have to stop or shut it off etc.

    Great video and a lot of good info. I have a 2017 Ecoboost premium and I love it. I have 55k on it and I've have no issues so far. I recently installed the Ford Performance Calibration Kit and its a totally different car now. I highly recommend the FP Calibration Kit upgrade. Gt 350 intake and a FP tune completely changed the car. I agree about the paint; mine has chips all over and it's not like I'm driving on rock roads.

    I have to ask. How would you not know you were purchasing a 4 cylinder ecoboost? I'm guessing you open the hood and hopefully test drove it. Those two things would give it away. Does you car still have the original brakes? Scratches isn't from bad paint. It's from issue that happens when you drive. Having a Mustang means having 2 small seats for emergency usage. I find the front seats comfortable and being 6'1" tall the leg room is ample. Thanks for sharing.

      Hello I bought this car a long time ago I had love for cars but I didn’t really have much knowledge so that’s where not knowing what the ecoboost is came from I understood it’s a mustang and I thought they were all v8’s at the time b it I was wrong obviously 😅 and yeah my dad test drove it because I didn’t have my license yet at the time and he said it was really good so I just went along with him and yeah the car does have original break pads and discs I changed them I believe back in December and the paint quality is just not that good on the 2016’s I met a lot of people with the 2016’s and they all complain about it all the time 😂 but as for the rear seats I sometimes have my friends back there and my sister is around 5’3 and she’s always back there and she doesn’t seem to hate it so I assume anyone 5’3 and below is okay back there and I’m also 6’1 and I think the front seats are perfect enough leg room and head room so yeah thanks for the comment 😊👍🏼

    • @DRTURBO
      @DRTURBO  Год назад

      Hello when traction is on there’s nothing to worry about and it’s pretty hard to drift a car unintentionally specially the ecoboost mustang it just doesn’t have all that much power to be going sideways and the traction control on the car is not bad at all so yeah maybe a couple of times when it’s raining you’ll have to watch out but that’s with every Rear wheel drive car but other than that there’s nothing to worry about at all I hope this helps :)

      @@DRTURBOhey man i didnt mean to piss you off ..I’m just a clean freak ..not just what people see as you drive by.. when you see a clean engine compartment it shows that you take care of your car.. when it’s not it says the opposite. However it is an intertwining video..

      The 2023 Camry 0-60 is the same as the ecoboost Mustang which I find very interesting. I currently have a Camry but even though they’re pretty close in price I want the mustang
