My 2018 Ecoboost Premium hardtop Mustang gets low 30s MPG as my daily in a 75 mile round trip (mostly highway) M-F. I've cruised at 54mph with the AC off and windows down and busted the fuel mileage bar (which only goes up to 40mpg) by getting 42mpg on a trip. I sold my 2015 Honda Accord Sport 4 door with a 6 speed manual in it for this 2018 10 speed auto Mustang and I have ZERO regrets.
Same story here besides I had a 2016 Accord Sport and unfortunately not a premium since when I upgrade into the GT I want a complete different interior and performance experience.
From a gt owner, the ecoboost is an amazing value of a car. Maybe the best for a sports car. Honestly though, the endless hating and jokes you will get from people fucking ruins it cus “it’s not a v8”. If you can get past it tho, you will love it
From a gt owner, a Mustang without a Coyote it’s just odd. Would you get a Colt SAA in .358 instead the long .45? They both fire and kill, but there’s something in the recoil that feels different. Cheers to all mustangs 🎉
@@sks220Not really a good comparison since the dark horse and shelbys are track focused cars. If you’re not going to the track then there’s no point in getting them.
That’s a good looking Pony, and a great review. It is a good option for younger drivers, but I’m 58 and thoroughly enjoy my 2020 Eco Premium. For 16 years I had company cars and was bored with Malibus and Fusions. My weekend car is a 2004 Thunderbird, but wanted something fun as a daily driver, and now I work from home and Piny only has 22K miles on it. It has the active exhaust which I like and a few other bells and whistles, and out the door, cash, was $28K thanks to a $1,500 Ford promo. Mustang is so iconic it’s one of the few cars that doesn’t have its name on it, just the horse or GT badge. I really like your GT grille, may switch that out. The rattle in the center dash only started a few thousand miles ago but is annoying. I much prefer this interior to the 2024 redesign. At my age and planning retirement soon, and buying cash, just didn’t make sense to spend the extra for a V8 even though I really love the GT.
I got my 2015 ecoboost a year ago & got very lucky because i got it with only 30K miles, basically almost brand new. Nothing wrong with it since I got it. Regardless I love my car especially with a turbo already installed into it🔥. Also I think the gas mileage is worth it
Stang Ecoboost is an amazing car. And to own one is spectacular. No one would know the difference body wise if compared to a GT except for the decals. 🔥💪🏽
That's what I want to do. LOL. I like it, but it's just too crude, I understand, cuz if they made it better on the inside I'll be paying Mercedes prices.
Just bought a 2019 6 seed manual ecoboost 1owner and 36k miles loving the car so far I paid 20k flat they were asking 23k and some change but I worked the price and caught there bs fees they tried to get me with lol
i just bought the same car but premium an i love it for my daily.i also own a 17 gt 6 speed with 8 thousand miles.but good video.when i need speed an burnouts i just break out the black 1 lol
Bruh, foolishness comes from all sides 😂. I just picked up a 2024 Ford Mustang ecoboost. I like the way the Mustang looks, and that is good enough for me. I easily could have gotten the gt, but for what, I paid more for what, in my case. I just like the way that the car looks, and horsepower and sound are not an issue for me. I could have bought the gt to spend more for negligible bullshit 😂 The v8 and sound do not make me feel warm inside 😂. My 2024 ecoboost looks amazing 🤙🏼
I'm 44 and just bought a 2021 EcoBoost. Don't give a s**t what other people think. I put a Borla ATAK exhaust on it and a C&L blow off valve, sounds amazing.
@@benjaminfrank_see Ben I could kill myself with a payment of 761 a month on a manual challenger or I could get an eco boost, I’ll choose the eco boost
At the end of the day it’s a Mustang and a privilege to own one.
Very well said!!!

How much did you pay for your mustang ?
How many miles on it when you bought it

Wow i'm a bit jealous, I chose the dark horse as a daily and on a good day in the city I get 12 MPG...
I'm absolutely getting one now, thanks for the review.
I have a 2020 ecoboost premium convertible and absolutely love mine! It’s super quick, comfortable and aFORDability for fuel is top notch!
yeah i only use premium and I can get like 35 plus doing 70 with the top down
Well, going to pick my 2021 up in the morning. This video made me love my decision even more. Thanks! Mine is white also…
how many miles are on that thing plus what is the price ?

I just ask anyone with a gt that hates why they didn't get a dark horse or a shelby. Shuts them up real quick.
I have a 21 convertible. It's enough for me. I'm not trying to dust people at every light, so I'm good. I could only imagine what the GT feels like

@@ViciousFirearms why didn't you buy a dark horse or a shelby? the gt is just a worse version and a waste of money.

Congratulations brother, enjoy your hard work 🤝😎🔥🚗💨💪👌💯
Nice review. Now I’m leaning towards the ecoboost vs challenger
Great looking eco boost. I also have Oxford White and I'm thinking of making it look just like yours. Clean slick look without doing much.
You’re right about people staring 😂 I’ve seen some pretty cool looking ecoboosts
August will make 3 years having mine and it’s a 2018 never had any major issues with it but as soon as I pay it off imma get a corvette

Great video! I have a 2020 Mustang ecoboost, and i love it. It's a great car! Do you plan to tune?
Spoiler?
That's a really clean Mustang! 🥵
Me encanta, espero poder regalarmelo como primer coche en navidad. ❤
I love my premium ecoboost
A 500 dollar tune and your 350 hp wasted your money on all that other shit
if you can hear the rattle in your mustang, your exhaust is not loud enough my boy ;)
Red dosent add extaw charge actually
is this just for young people? How about old people....asking for a friend.
i definitely think older people can have just enough fun in an eco lol
