Hope you guys are having fun back together as I sure am. Not sure how many shots you are having to throw away, but Matt’s swing is getting dialed in. The speed coming back a tad is right around the corner. Great stuff guys. The best golf equipment reviews out there.

Question, which came first, Ryan Baraths Mizuno fandom or Mizuno naming a ball after him?

Love the gang back together. Love that you do the stuff that others don't really do. Always found this ball almost too soft and simply too fragile- like Balata. Looking forward to giving these a try.

I have to comment an aside: back in the day I played the Titleist balata ball exclusively when I was a very good player. One day I was given a sleeve of Bridgestone Rextar Pro model and I thought it was the best ball I ever played. Sensational soft feel and great sound with a 5 to 10 yard draw or fade at will. I began playing it until they stopped making it then I switched over to the Titleist Prov1x. But have never forgotten that holy grail Rexstar golf ball. I’m always checking for the day something similar comes along. The Mizuno ball is fairly close, but not there.

Craziest spin ball I ever played was the old Spalding Tour Edition ball from the 80’s. Greg Norman played it. Wasn’t the longest ball out there but you could spin a 3 iron backwards.

You guys need to be more honest. You can't say 'they should be very proud because it's performing as they designed it to". From a strategy perspective, they had a ball that fit into a market niche, to provide a product that gives a tangible jump in spin across the board. That's the reason people went out and bought them! Now they just fall right in line with all of the other balls on the market. I certainly wouldn't walk into a store and grab the Mizuno ball over a Pro V or TP5 if they perform similarly.
Big miss here from Mizuno on missing on the one thing that separated them and on you guys for not calling that out more.
Still love having the gang back together again, back to watching all the vids after a bit of a hiatus!

Played a round today...took a sleeve each of RB Tour, Pro V1, and Chrome Soft. I hit the Pro V1 further off the tee than the other 2, the difference in driver distance was pretty extreme too, about 25 yards, maybe a tad more. My best drive with the RB Tour was about 275 and my best drive with the Pro V1 was around 300. But what really stuck out and sealed the RB Tour for me was the straightness and consistency. I still missed about 1 out of 3 fairways with the RB Tour off the driver, but they weren't bad misses. They were a couple yards off the fairway at worst. The ProV1 wasn't nearly as straight for me. I could have stood for a little more spin with my mid irons. The Pro V1 stuck to the greens nicer than the RB Tour. But, for straight shots off the tee, and the fact that RB tours cost about 2/3 of what the ProV1s cost.....it's Mizuno all day for me

I still run the vice-pro ball which suits me but also because I can add/change a "logo" of my mood. If I want to change to play a "real" ball I play the old Szrixon Z XV which often is on a "low-price-sale" which is brilliant. And, as many people play the Titleist pro V I do not need to check if it is my Pro V. I never remember which number I had on the ball...
Price at the moment is 57 USD for a dozen Pro-V. Szrixon run at a sale price of 40 USD. The Vice Pro is at 44 USD.

Mizuno balls are too expensive in the UK. When much more established brands such as Bridgestone and Wilson are undercutting Titleist by £10 per dozen, then that's the business model Mizuno needs to follow. Given there isn't much between these top balls, they could easily gain traction at a lower price point.

Believe it or not, this might be the most important thing you ever read…
How do you get saved? How do you go to Heaven? What does the Bible say about salvation?
    Here’s salvation plain and simple:
All have fallen short of God’s glory and perfect moral standard: all have sinned (Romans 3:23), and just one sin makes us deserving of Hell (James 2:10). I’ve lied, you’ve lied . . pretty simple.
God requires absolute perfection to enter Heaven because He is perfectly holy and righteous. God doesn’t want us to be separated from Him, He loves us and He loves you . . .
the Bible says He is a loving friend who sticks closer than a brother. Would a loving God make salvation difficult? Of course not! What did He do to fix this sin problem? God left Glory in Heaven, manifested Himself in the flesh as a human, Jesus Christ, never once sinned, perfectly fulfilled the law, did not deserve punishment, yet He became OUR sin for US. John the Baptist said about Jesus: “Behold the lamb of God, which taketh away the sin of the world.” Colossians 2:14 says “Blotting out the handwriting of ordinances that was against us, which was contrary to us, and took it out of the way, nailing it to his cross;” And, right before Jesus died, He declared “It is finished!” In other words, the debt of sin
has been paid off in full (past, present, and future sins) by His death on the cross. He finished all of the work, and thus, there is no work for you to do.
Ephesians 2:8-9 says “For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that NOT OF YOURSELVES: it is the gift of God: Not of works, lest any man should boast.” After this, He was buried in a tomb. On the third day, He bodily resurrected from the grave and was seen alive by over 500 people at once and also the disciples and the apostles. Hard for you to believe in the resurrection? Well, these disciples and apostles, like Paul, went on to preach this Gospel, were severely persecuted, and suffered horrific deaths for their faith.
Would they suffer trials and death for a lie?
How do you accept this free gift of salvation and forgiveness of all your sins so that you can be promised everlasting life? Jesus answers this in John 3:16 “For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever BELIEVETH in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.” When Jesus spoke to Martha, He said: “ . . I am the resurrection, and the life: he that BELIEVETH in me, though he were dead, yet shall he live: And whosoever liveth and BELIEVETH in me shall NEVER DIE. Believest thou this?” (John 11:25-26).

Do you notice a common theme here? To be saved, all you must do is believe the Gospel, that the Lord Jesus Christ died for all your sins past, present, and future, was buried, and rose from death on the third day, and trust in that alone for your salvation believing that you can never lose your salvation because Jesus paid it all. The instant you do that, God seals you with the Holy Spirit of Promise and promises you everlasting life. Therefore, since salvation does not depend on your own behaviour or works or commitment to God or maintaining your faith, but depends solely on Jesus’ finished payment for your sin on the cross and defeat of death when He rose from it, you can be 100% sure that you will go to Heaven.
1 John 5:13 says “These things have I written unto you that BELIEVE on the name of the Son of God; that ye may know that ye have eternal life, and that ye may BELIEVE on the name of the Son of God.”
I pray that today is the day of your salvation. Jesus loves you, and I love you too. The book of John and Romans are great places to start in the Bible.
    God bless you.
    Here are some additional verses:
Acts 16:30-31 “And brought them out, and said, Sirs, what must I do to be saved? And they said, Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and thou shalt be saved, and thy house.”
John 6:28-29 “Then said they unto him, What shall we do, that we might work the works of God? Jesus answered and said unto them, This is the work of God, that ye believe on him whom he hath sent.”
John 6:40 “And this is the will of him that sent me, that every one which seeth the Son, and believeth on him, may have everlasting life: and I will raise him up at the last day.”
John 5:24 “Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that heareth my word, and believeth on him that sent me, hath everlasting life, and shall
not come into condemnation; but is passed from death unto life.”
Titus 3:5 “Not by works of righteousness which we have done, but according to his mercy he saved us, by the washing of regeneration, and renewing of the Holy Ghost;”
