2011 GMC Savana Van. ABS, Brake and TCS Lights On, No Communication With ABS Module

This van had the ABS, Brake warning and TCS Lights On with no communication with the ABS module. Problem was open ignition Wakeup circuit 5986 to the EBCM.

Great diag as always! Nice also to be able to see how other systems might act if "such & such" happens, especially when it is right there to test. Anyway, you got them back on the road. ALSO, 25L/100kms is what I get if my 5.0L F150 pulling a 28ft camper trailer at 100 kph on holidays! Yikes!

I've done a few. Usually if it's puled low I start by monitoring it and then disconnecting sensors that share the voltage. I'ts not bad if the problem is consistent. Did one on a Ram with the APP, TPS, codes setting intermittently. I believe it was a defective oil pressure sensor which also shares that Vref. ruclips.net/video/MbpZtysOEx0/видео.html

On that circuit I repaired it's 12 volts from the BCM.
