    I have to brag for one moment! I have been working so hard on push-ups. I did all three rounds FROM MY TOES!!!!! I am so proud of myself! 💪

    This was a really hard weekend for me. I was up till 1AM running programs for school. I woke up exhausted today. I wasn't sure I had it in me to workout. I put on my workout clothes and told myself to at least start it. Halfway through, I fully woke up and was able to push even harder until the end. I feel great now. Thank you to Sydney for her encouragement and for being there every morning with a smile on her face. I''m sure there are days she's tired and unmotivated, but you would never know that. I'm so impressed by her commitment to our health. It inspires me to give it my all too.

    Faith is what fuels me, and it's what others don't understand about me. Someone called it my "hobby" and that hurt because he just didn't understand. It's integral to me, and I will even more "lean in!!!" to that, as Sydney said. I *have* been focusing on others' understanding this about me but Sydney's right--- it's not for them to have to understand me. Thank you for the words, Sydney. I needed those today.

    Focusing on happiness within is something I am definitely working on. I am a bit older and have come to realize I don’t have an activity other than working out that just makes me smile so so much. I would love to find one but I am a single mother to a 16 year old and I myself am back in school. I look forward to the days school is over. I will though find an activity that just makes me smile (other than working out with Sydney) another great workout my . Happy Friday everyone

    The words at the end of the workout were well received. Don't worry about understood, perfect, or being right. If it's worth the risk in pursuit of your greatest and highest, do your best!!     I was feeling so tired and unmotivated, especially since upper body days are always mentally challenging. But as soon as I started warming up, I knew I could get through the workout. Having Sydney here with us is such a game changer. I can't even begin to stress how inspiring her positivity is. I never get this excited at the gym by myself!

    What fulfills me is being the best mom I can be for my son because we only have each other. He makes me the happiest woman and he’s what motivates me to work hard and to achieve my goals in life. Working out with you this past year made me a stronger woman physically and mentally you have changed my life for the good. You inspire me and many other around tue world because of your positive energy. I’m a better mom,sister, cousin and daughter to my loved ones!. You showed me to love myself and to know I am worth it and I can and I will. I love you for that you’re my happiness on a rainy day. I wanna truly say thank you 😊 and I love you ❤️

    Good evening, Sydney Squad! I survived my first week at my new job. I listen to Lofi Hip Hop music which I’m working to help me relax and focus. I’m proud of myself for doing these workouts even though my personal life has changed. I’m going to do an upper body stretch tonight before I go to bed. I’ll see everyone tomorrow morning for our final workout for Week 1 of our Focus program.

    Wowwwww my arms!! I have never been so strong, I caught a look at myself in the mirror yesterday and was like omg look at that change! What fulfills me that I want to do more: more reading books and less reading social media. One opens my mind, teaches me new vocabulary and perspectives. The other not so much. Trying my best every day! Thank you Sydney

    Wow this was one of my favorite upper body workouts from Sydney yet. I LOVED the combo sets, they were super challenging and helped me to really push for that burn-out. I literally couldn't lift another thing, not even my water bottle, if I wanted to! GREAT workout and way to start Friday. Let's crush this day ladies!!

    I loved this! So proud of myself--I challenged myself with heavier weights and made it through the entire inchworm pushup circuit without dropping to my knees. YES!!! Happy Friday everyone!

    I already did what fulfills me...these workouts. Loved the 45 seconds with 3 rounds. This format feels really good to work the muscles. Very rewarding!

    Happy Feel Good Friday💪😃💪 There are no words for that workout other than fan-freaking-tastic! This workout gave me all the feels from my heart overflowing with love to me knowing I can push thru all the hard things. The variety of combo moves were challenging in the best way possible. Loved them all ❤
    The energy that we brought today was like no other 🤪 I truly believe this Squad and you ladies were meant to come into my life for a reason. The bond that we have. The connection that we made. It just makes my heart want to burst. It feels amazing to have found my people who share the same passion for health and fitness as me.     I am definitely needing these motivating pep talks! As a new-ish mom that is trying to find herself again after becoming a mom and dealing with some postpartum depression these workouts and pep talks from Sydney and are apart of my journey and I'm so thankful I have found them! It is good to be told that I'm worth it and and deserve to feel good in my body and by healthy when I battled all the mom guilt stepping away to go to the gym. It reminds me that I am becoming a better me to be a good example for my daughter. Thank you so much Sydney for fun and challenging workouts and the best motivation I have come across!

    Sydney's Daily Wisdom (42:59): "It's all perspective. If it's worth the risk to you, don't worry about the outcome. Worry about how hard you're working towards the next part of that risky adventure that you're on because it means a lot to you." (43:32): "Don't worry about being validated, worry about going into fulfillment. What fulfills you? Do more of that." Wow! I've always been risk-adverse because I've been concerned about the outcome. What if I fail? What if it's a waste of my time, money, energy? What will people think? But if it's worth the risk to me, who cares? I'm working toward getting a children's book published by taking the first step and hiring an editor. That's my risky adventure and I'm excited about it!

    Crushed it!! Really chock full of exercises with all the combos!! I worked out later today that the usual morning time, I know I will be sore tomorrow!! Do more of what fulfills you....being a mom you kind of forget what YOU like to do. Spending fun times with my family fulfills me but for me I really miss going to concerts....I have wanted to see Billy Joel and Elton John forever....so I'm going to look for some tickets this weekend!!     So, I am doing floor presses (as I do not have a bench) and normally I will do 25lbs for alternating CP with the dumbbells resting in the air but, BUT today, I was curious and probably insane. I pulled out my 35lbs and managed two rounds of that, with solid form before failure and managed a decent amount of reps. I am BESIDE myself with glee. Thank you so much Sydney for pushing us!     Crushed it.. wow.. what a workout.. my arms currently feel likehtey belong to mr tickle ( from the mr men) but I am loving how strong they look and that is thanks to Sydney and Dustin for creating this amazing community.. there is no other trainer like Sydney out there,,.., so grateful...     Love the combo moves! 40 minutes flies by with these sets! So happy I found Sydney in 2020 when the gyms closed & I stuck with them even after the gyms reopened! I am challenged to push myself in a way working alone in the gym doesn’t .
