“You’re going to OBEY ME.” That one line encapsulates the problem with cop mentality.
Exactly what I was going to say, the fact that civil servants have the ideology that we must obey them or else face repercussion's is asinine. This is where civil disobedience comes into affect!
@@HellWrex It HAS to be a generalization, because that's the mentality of the vast majority of cops. If you enjoyed camping, but everytime you went into the woods you get bit by a snake. It's never the exact same snake, but it's always a snake. Are you going to keep taking the bites because it's "not all snakes" or are you going to find a way to prevent getting bit on your next encounter? THAT's the American people's current dilemma right now, when it comes to dealing with police.

Dude Poison Listen Elmer Fudd, anyone with an IQ above that of warm butter and life experiences beyond that of a shut-in knows, the honest and well meaning cops are run out of the business to protect the system. The average “career” of a cop is 7 years. That doesn’t occur due to long lists of retirements. Cops don’t get fired so, if I’m making generalizations, where do they go? I’ll be waiting....
@@HellWrex Yeah not ACAB but how many of these videos have you seen where a cop does something clearly stupid, and no one calls him out on it? Or pulls him aside to maybe tell him it's a bad idea? I won't go as far as to say cops as a general rule are bad but the GOOD ones never seem to be around when someone's rights are being violated. It is hard for the average person to not view Police as a whole as the bad thing that the bad ones make them out to be. They have ULTIMATE power in every situation (don't resist, deal with it in court), have the force of the state backing them, the force of a union backing them. So no not ACAB but its also not my job as a civilian with less rights and authority than them to carry their water for them when they do shit like this. It's ALWAYS about what THEY fear, what THEY suspect, what THEY can prove and what THEY think is necessary.
It’s because they don’t like it when people exercise their civil rights and misconstrue it as combative or uncooperative. Just shows you how F-upped academy training is and the type of people they hire. I bet 90% have narcissistic personality disorders or other pathological tendencies which we were clearly shown by this officer in the video.
"We have a witness that saw him going into carS" No sir, she said car, singular. Such an ingrained disposition towards lying he doesn't even realize he said that.
"Your not cooperating with me and your getting agitated" Yeah that tends to happen when a random cop approaches you and threatens to taze you for no reason.
@Rafael Sodre The pig might have had a reason to approach him, but he had no reason to demand his ID and threaten to taze him. Are you trying to justify his actions?
Cooperate is legalese for HELP! Why do cops have the notion that someone under investigation have a legal obligation to help them? What happen to the 5th amendment?
OMG!! I almost started tearing down my wall -- I mean, my wallpaper (Actually, same thing)! Yeah!! He's all like: "So, how's Mikey's T-ball team doing?" and then, "OK, familiar white lady, allow me to take all the time I need to share every irrelevant, actually none of your business, detail." And then to black male, "Step over here. TOO SLOW!! You're under arrest!! Shut up with your questions!! Why should I clarify anything to you?!" He might as well have just said, "Hey, as a black male you know better than to walk in a parking lot except in a straight line with your head down or us white people gonna know your a thief!" Am i right?
2:25 mark, he tells him he's there because someone said he was looking in cars, the asks for his ID again. Then the dude again says why do you need my ID, did I do anything and the cop said "that's what I'm here trying to figure out" How are you going to say he didn't explain anything when it's literally on the video? I swear y'all are deaf as shit and only hear what you want.
@wowalinbie Well, the woman said that the man had keys "but didn't use them to anything", karen forgot that remote control of central locking is a thing. "Saw you going into cars" is also a false accusation by the officer, the lady who called the cops said all the time that the man went into ONE car and that he had keys. Easiest way for the cop to work this out would've been to check the registration plate, see the name on the SUV, then check the motorcycle, like the second cop did. Basically, the officer saw a blackman and forged the whole thing by misinterpreting that going into ONE car somehow meant many cars. Also, mind you, you cannot get into an SUV like that without keys, if you do it starts screaming bloody murder with it's alarm. + The man evidently had no crowbar or any other kind of tool to get into a locked vehicle and there was no damages to the SUV to show that locks were tampered with. As an aftermath the cop assaulted the civilian for no reason and put him into handcuffs after tasing him. The man is entitled to getting a large sum in settlement and that cop is entitled to getting fired for being worst cop of the year.
@@DrEtzor she also said that someone else told her that the car was registered to the man but she still doubted and kept thinking he did something wrong.

That is how police interact with black people. The witness/caller said he had three doors of the car open. The police heard three cars. The guy asked the cop numerous times to explain what he is accused of, if the cop said breaking into a car - what the car over there, that's mine. Everything would be done. Amazing that a youtuber can make a detailed accurate report on police misconduct in a few days, but the pros in IA take months and always find their buddy did nothing wrong.
it's because of the distinction of ignorance of the law of officers being condonable above their duty. they are legally required to interpret the law to the best of their ability, but if they are wrong, and you agree with them anyway, the consequences follow through. basically, when a lawyer sucks at law, they get fired, but not a cop, and when a citizen sucks at law, they break them, but not a cop, because a cops job is to 'enforce' them and this somehow can instead of coming with perfect understanding of the law, comes with lots of mulligans.

The whole "obey me, comply, do as you're told, I'm the boss, I'm your master, I'm above the law, im right you're wrong, i know everything" mentality and way of conducting community service and business, is terrible and should be criminal. And all that lying they do, thats the worst.
Listen, he never said exactly what the guy did. The guy said you think I stole something. All the cop had to say was, "We had a call come in that you were seen looking in a car and then walking over here to this motorcycle. He NEVER told the guy what he was accused of! Then he could have told him, "It's my car." You people are as blind as bats.
@@maiervin7946 him telling the cop wouldn't solve shit since they like to lie to save their ass. This cop is a good example because he told the guy he was called in because he look into cars then he changed the story saying he stole stuff.
@@maiervin7946 First of all: I am by no means defending this bad police officer. Police officers are not required to provide exact details, let's call it the complete narrative of the novel:) On the contrary, it is a common technique, also taught in training, to give the suspect the opportunity to incriminate himself. For example, through facts that only the perpetrator can know. Therefore: NEVER speak to the police!
Easy to see what he actually thought since the accusation was never presented. "They said you were stealing things." "You know I work here, right?" Officer didn't mention anything about the complainant's statements about the car.
mrs. Karen actually wasn't. She reported something that actually does look suspicious, she didn't lie, she didn't claim anything else than what she observed, never jumped to conclusions, just asked for someone to look into it. You can't fault her for that.
First, the woman was right to call because I can see that what he did looked very suspicious. I would appreciate someone calling that in, even if it was my husband in my car. Second, this "Karen" business needs to stop. It's sexist and ageist. Just because a woman is white and middle-aged, doesn't automatically mean she's spoiled or entitled. (And before you ask, no, that doesn't fit my description.) There are plenty of men and women, of all ages and ethnicities who are entitled a-holes. If it's wrong to label someone who's black, or poor, or LatinX, or LGBTQ, why is it OK to do that to white women? The hypocrisy of people doing this is blinding.
The ladies call made some sense, imo. Someone looking through a different vehicle then walking to a new one is suspicious. However the cop was clearly on a power trip.
@ALAN Duck it's probably just implicit bias, not that she's just flat out racist. It's awful as he'll but I don't think she was thinking, "that's a black man so he must be a criminal" The bias made her watch him more carefully, and to anyone that seemed weird but not enough to call to police. She's just a nosy Karen. Idk, it's jmo tho
@@juliagulia3617 Being biased can lead to prejudice. In this case, if the man in question was another race I feel that she would have cared less and wouldn't have put so much energy into seeing this man apprehended.

I get where you're coming from, but it is a little out of the norm - his going through a car, then heading off. I suppose she could have let well enough alone and if it really was a matter of him stealing from someone's car, then that someone could have used store security cam footage... But maybe that wouldn't have been good enough to actually catch a thief? If someone was rifling through my car looking for something to steal, then I hope others wouldn't be too apathetic to do something about it. I'd like to think that she cared enough about another person to call for someone to sort out the situation. This could have been easily sorted out and all the drama avoided if officer dick face actually tried to figure out what was going on and keep the situation calm, instead of immediately asserting his authority. This is NOT how a free populce should be treated!
I'm certainly not anti-police either, but our police force needs a change in direction. Their training is heavily biased towards the physical aspects of an interaction - how to control, win every fight, to stay alive, etc. instead of blending it with learning how to deal with people - the psychological aspect of policing. @@maiervin7946 and you sir lack a brain to understand what OP said.
"They said you were stealing things."
"You know I work here, right?"
Officer didn't mention anything about the complainant's statements about the car.
So much for “innocent until proven guilty”, this cop was 100% on a power trip as was ms karen
That should be 'mr.and mrs. Karen'.
However the cop was clearly on a power trip.
i didnt see him using key,,i think ms karen never had keyless car🤣🤣🤣
"and he was holding his keys but never used his keys on anything" - lady do you know what a keyfob is?
Hmmm, guilty of magic. I see!
let's take a moment to ponder how closely this middle-aged white woman was watching a black man in a parking lot
@ALAN Duck it's probably just implicit bias, not that she's just flat out racist. It's awful as he'll but I don't think she was thinking, "that's a black man so he must be a criminal"
The bias made her watch him more carefully, and to anyone that seemed weird but not enough to call to police. She's just a nosy Karen.
Idk, it's jmo tho
@@juliagulia3617 Being biased can lead to prejudice. In this case, if the man in question was another race I feel that she would have cared less and wouldn't have put so much energy into seeing this man apprehended.
Another great video. Thanks for sharing. On a side note I am sure you meant “discretion” not “discrepancy” at 15:25 & 15:31
Thanks again

Yes it does
OK have a nice day

@@LUCAS420BLZ ok let me see some proof so we can get it cleared up just have a seat right there for me then boom all good! Have a great day sorry for the misunderstanding. I think citizens will make better cops than this guy.
@@LUCAS420BLZ guilty till proven innocent in these United States. Every cop in these vids seem to work if this assumption
"both cars are registered, to him" and the camera officers reaction at that time was priceless, he immediately knew he messed up, and then immediately went on to give excuses.
Yep! Did you hear that sign he made... He knew he fucked up and that woman ass should be fined as well.
@DudeImtheFish BUT HE IS NOT OBLIGATED TO DO THAT. WHY DO YOU NOT UNDERSTAND THAT PART
@DudeImtheFish Law said that his not Obligate to.
@DudeImtheFish Failing to identify the crime committed when asked, means the officer is no longer in commission of his lawful duties. You get an F for not knowing the law and attempting to shame others on the internet.
@DudeImtheFish Reasonable articulable suspicion!! Is the correct term... and the fkng LAZY cop couldn't (or purposely) did not articulate.... he was focused on filling a quota. (and I'm NOT from the United States... SHESHHH!)
I love how the officer never once explained why he is there before demanding the victim to OBEY him and attacking the victim.
Mr Domino played the cop role, giving jackass Lorz plenty opportunity to de-escalate but the clueless idiot just wanted a record breaking arrest without cause…. “All he had to do was say that’s my car and it would have been over in seconds…” Do they not teach common sense in academy?
In the first few minutes the cop literally says we got a call that you were going through cars
@@rhondasherrill8788okay so why can’t he just answer the guy’s questions when he asks why he’s being detained?
@@rhondasherrill8788That’s not a question. If you’re investigating, you ASK QUESTIONS! He immediately went to asking for ID.. like, what good will that do once he obtains the ID. Is it going to tell the officer exactly what the guy was doing?! Absolutely pointless. At the very least ASK the man what the f*ck he’s doing there. Ask him do he have an explanation about why someone is calling saying he’s looking through vehicles.. So many more efficient avenues to take to figure out what’s going on. Instead of “durrr, gIvE mE yOuR ID, duRRr.” WTF will that do?!? JESUS CHRIST, what is it about cops and. ID’s?
@@rhondasherrill8788The job of the police is to investigate. Not assume. Mistakes can be made by both the bystanders and the accused. The inefficiency of generalized training afforded police officers is being highlighted due to mandatory camera footage contradicting their reports. The blue shield is crumbling because too many good police allow bad officers to remain among their ranks.
Obey. The audacity is strong in this public servant
As I have posted this so many times, I feel I'm not being heard. Until the "taxpayers" stop paying for these lawsuits against police officers who break the law and the "responsibility" for the payout comes from Police Union Funds or Police Pension Funds there will be NO change in their m.o. Every officer needs to carry their own insurance at their own expense. After a few times of having to pay, the insurance companies will weed out the ones who are "high risk" and refuse to insure them.
Show Me The Money!!!!
"As I have posted this so many times, I feel I'm not being heard." /// So you complain and others are suppose to jump and make it happen? I want to know what you have done to make that happen other that complain in YT comments.
And just out of curiosity, what would have needed to happen to make you feel heard? I've seen at least 50 other comments saying the same thing you are.
Skip taxes..get arrested/fined..uh now what
Dude you nailed it.. they should pay out of their own pocket not mine… I agree completely…
Oh I feel your pain brother and hear you loud and clear. NO BLOODY ACCOUNTABILITY!!!
@@ToddKing are you a cop ? you sound like one.
Officer: "I don't know anything."
How true.
Dumb citizen? Maybe by physically resisting. Is that your point? Other than that, he was a champion of knowing and asserting his rights. I can't help but wonder if he was white would the snitch have called the police. She said the car was unlocked. I bet he unlocked it with a fop. If so, her lack of attention caused that man so much bullshit.
Yet, still, a lie.
At that point in tie the officer KNEW that the guy they arrested OWNED the car she was accusing him of breaking into.
How to ensure things will go wrong, take Karen's call as gospel 1) immediately treat him as a criminal 2) Talk to him and treat him like a petulant child 3) Provide absolutely no info as to anything happening to him and expect him not to become agitated as you become even more needlessly aggressive.
That's exactly what happened
@DARTH MoodYdiaH Agree that she's not a Karen. She saw someone go through a car and leave for what looks like their actual vehicle. People don't usually come to a shoping centers in two different vehicles, so it's definately suspicious
Domino settled for $25,000 & all charges were dropped against him.
It should have been higher that cop is a dick and that woman should mind her own business.
