I have the same pc e5550. I have a question what that disk call because i dont have the lecteur dvd to my lab top and does it work with DVD lecteur of unités ?
It should not need any drivers (or at least Windows should already have those drivers). It behaves just like a USB flash drive, nothing special is needed, Windows should be able to burn optical disks by righ-clicking on a file/folder and selecting "Send to", and than going to the optical drive and selecting "Write" (in a nutshell).
