I'm having this problem on my PC, but when i'm removing my HDD it boots fast, what should i do with this problem or with my HDD i just bought it less than a month only
either you bought a used hdd but the store says it's brand new or you got a faulty sata cable so try replacing it at the moment. if problem is the same after replacing the sata cable then then your hdd is becoming faulty and you can't do anything about it. Use Rma or at least tell the store what happen in your pc. usually you'll only experience that if the hdd is at least 4 years old or more

when you replace the cmos battery did you place it right away or waited a bit longer. if you could just remove the cmos battery for 5 minutes before placing it and powering your pc back on, perhaps it will work
Here's mine i have 3 ssd all i do is remove all ssd and put only one and try to reformat it if it's work then now you can put back the other ssd or hdd your welcome!

i've been express installing for years in both my amd and nvidia gpus and have never experience being stuck in bios, can you tell me what happen before this issue began?
I had the same problem this how u can fix it When u start the pc go to safe mode After that you go to files and delete the gpu drivers(if you downloaded the gpu driver recently) after that you go to device manger and then Delete the gpu restart and it should work
I lost hope at bios stage but I tried the uninstalling of the gpu driver and it actually worked to be fair I don’t know if that must have been causing the issue but I managed to get a successful boot thank you so much definitely deserve more subscribers:)

you also need to check the sata on those hdd. try a different one perhaps you'll see changes. But if its the same problem you better start backing up those files since that is one sign your hdd is about to go faulty.
If get installing freezing on windows 😤 it's probably CPU because ran into this problem usually happens 😅 with error code with the CPU it dose happen I have talk to Intel they confirmed 👍 😅 this dose happen some CPU s .

I have the same problem. But the circle moving around stops after 5 seconds whenever I open my laptop. I tried to do different fix/solutions (bootable usb, bios uefi config, even safemode stuck freeze.) Still can't by pass the freeze loading logo.

Usually problem with with AMD graphic drivers when you have INTEL procesor with integrated graphic. Really frustrated! Can I stopped windows auto update drivers?
your hdd is showing signs that is about to die, perhaps now is the time you back things up whatever important file you have in there. On the other hand it might just be the sata cable that is causing it so better try to use other sata if you got extra

Replaced? If it's turning on but stuck on loading screen, then the pc is probably alright. Just browse the web and RUclips and you will probably find a fix. Don't waste your money bro
Same here! My screen went black when I was updating my graphics card so I did a force shut down and it caused my start up screen to keep freezing. Afterwards I triggered the repair screen and went into safe mode to uninstall the graphics driver, which saved me from nearly being in tears of frustration from spending hours trying to fix it lol
Question here: recently updated GPU drivers after some performance issues (I have radeon 5500xt GPU so I’m on AMD DRIVERS). I’ve been having this issue, but when I delete the display drivers I am not asked to restart. I restart anyway and wipe all my graphics drivers. When I try to re-install, the same problem happens all over again. I have tried 2 different versions of the drivers and this has happened both times. I’m almost positive it’s the graphics drivers but I don’t know why this is happening, any insight?
you need to do the DDU method, here's how to ruclips.net/video/SvIJhcxZTsA/видео.html and after doing that install the last gpu driver version that has no issue for your build (don't install the latest but install the version that works for you before). The problem with AMD gpu driver is that they always release experimental driver and letting users to test it rather than amd testing it themselves causing a lot of new pc users problems.

For clarity, when I uninstall the drivers and then re-start, my computer boots fine without any graphics card drivers and I can connect to the web. One I go to re-install though, the PC crashes during installation and goes back to the frozen boot screen. When I re-boot into safe mode, un-install, and restart, I get error pa-300 sometimes, which says the version of AMD software you gave launches is not compatible with your currently installed graphics driver.

@@nickcarp5732 it seems like you're not the only one experiencing this, i saw some forums regarding this issue and it seems like the problem is the driver for the 5500xt. I also don't see any solution but let's try this, load your bios to optimize default for the mean time or just clear cmos. Install the amd cleanup utility www.amd.com/en/support/kb/faq/gpu-601 then afterwards install the latest driver. If this does not still work i suggest try the gpu in other working pc and see if you still got the same issue. If problem is the same then i think this is really amd driver's fault and the only one who will be able to help you is amd themselves
there must be 2 seconds interval between the on and off power interruption. in your case, long press power button of the laptop and long press again while booting

In my case there was back then this problem came to my PC also I do everything and even I reset my PC but nothing work! In the end I reinstall my windows by bootable pen drive and it cost me little bit because I don't have bootable pen drive but if you have then just reinstall the Windows by pen drive, after I reinstall my windows then I update my all drivers by driver booster software and after i restart my PC and it happened again boot loop but maybe it cause my then graphic driver or any thing I don't know
do you know you can make your own windows installer thumb drive? ruclips.net/video/FfPBOccfG70/видео.html as long as you have your key you just need to follow the link i sent you about the pc shutting down, don't use that booster software thingy, tbh im not familiar with that. i suggest just use the normal stuff to make the pc run. no need for those gaming software as they tend to cause more problems than help. For now go to safe mode, instructions are in this video just skip to 1:56. when you're in safe mode just uninstall that booster software or whatever that is. all you need to make the pc work is to install windows, update it to the latest. download your gpu driver from its website, you can check this if you are using nvidia ruclips.net/user/shortshhaQqJib6Gs and this if you are using amd ruclips.net/user/shorts-qZkQ5pB37I
it's been really a problem of many because of the latest update. But i did to fix mine was to back all my important files and install a fresh windows and that delay was gone even though i updated the windows.

that's bad news bro, safe mode is the last resort to save your files in C drive. if you don't have any important files in C drive i suggest just have a fresh windows installation
you need to test some things first before buying a new one. why not try to reseat the ssd and while you're at it, replace the data sata cable too. afterwards clear cmos ruclips.net/video/S9hyEPTFR10/видео.html

try holding the shift key in your keyboard while manually restarting the pc, this will bring you to the automatic repair and just proceed like in the video
I restored my pc to backstage where I created a restor point, thank God 🙏 created a restore point 4 days ago , always create a restore point when your pc is up to date with everything..
@@callme_krose if that' windows 11 then yes, if its windows 10 either you got an old hdd installed in your pc that is causing it to slow down. Try removing any old hdd and just use your ssd boot drive
if you have any old hdd or usb thumb drive plugged in the pc, remove them all first and just boot it with your ssd booth drive. try it again now if you have the same results afterwards that's bad news already since going to automatic repair is the last resort to fix this. you might need to reinstall windows completely at this point

rarely happens but cpus are tough, this might just be broken boot drive so try a different one to confirm

you got a very old hdd as boot drive it seems, buy new ssd and install windows in it that will boot faster

yup the monitor displays the right screen I just still have a boot cycle

If this does not still work i suggest try the gpu in other working pc and see if you still got the same issue. If problem is the same then i think this is really amd driver's fault and the only one who will be able to help you is amd themselves

there must be 2 seconds interval between the on and off power interruption. in your case, long press power button of the laptop and long press again while booting

In my case there was back then this problem came to my PC also I do everything and even I reset my PC but nothing work! In the end I reinstall my windows by bootable pen drive and it cost me little bit because I don't have bootable pen drive but if you have then just reinstall the Windows by pen drive, after I reinstall my windows then I update my all drivers by driver booster software and after i restart my PC and it happened again boot loop but maybe it cause my then graphic driver or any thing I don't know

about the pc shutting down, don't use that booster software thingy, tbh im not familiar with that. i suggest just use the normal stuff to make the pc run. no need for those gaming software as they tend to cause more problems than help. For now go to safe mode, instructions are in this video just skip to 1:56. when you're in safe mode just uninstall that booster software or whatever that is.
all you need to make the pc work is to install windows, update it to the latest. download your gpu driver from its website, you can check this if you are using nvidia

Bro normally it takes 5 second but this time in just needed a minute I thought it was broken but it just needed time to load unlike normal
it's been really a problem of many because of the latest update. But i did to fix mine was to back all my important files and install a fresh windows and that delay was gone even though i updated the windows.

that's bad news bro, safe mode is the last resort to save your files in C drive. if you don't have any important files in C drive i suggest just have a fresh windows installation

try holding the shift key in your keyboard while manually restarting the pc, this will bring you to the automatic repair and just proceed like in the video

@@callme_krose if that' windows 11 then yes, if its windows 10 either you got an old hdd installed in your pc that is causing it to slow down. Try removing any old hdd and just use your ssd boot drive
My brand new PC freezes on windows logo whether it is about enter windows 10 or pre installation screen.
if you can easily go to bios then that has something to do with the windows installed or the boot drive itself. Try reattaching the sata cables.

if you have any old hdd or usb thumb drive plugged in the pc, remove them all first and just boot it with your ssd booth drive. try it again
now if you have the same results afterwards that's bad news already since going to automatic repair is the last resort to fix this. you might need to reinstall windows completely at this point
I figured out that the problem was my 3rd hard drive and i took it out and my pc was back to normal
i hope you were able to backup the important files in that drive
