Hi there, thank you for your question! If you're referring to a MAC machine then I would try reset your NVRAM/Pram by turning off your mac and when you turn it on immediately press the Option + Command + P + R. keys and keep holding it until you hear the startup sound or the mac logo then release the keys and let the MAC boot hopefully that helps. If that doesn't work id recommend taking it to the apple store to see if they can help with your issue.

Hi there, thank you for your question! If you believe its because u installed the wrong keyboard file try rolling back the driver by using windows key + R then type "devmgmt.msc" and press enter. click on the keyboard device and select delete driver and then try update it afterwards. Try running a SFC scan by using command prompt and then type "sfc /scannow" and press enter.
Hi there, thank you for your question! First ensure all connections are secure. Try power cycling by shutting down, unplugging, waiting 30 seconds, and restarting. Boot into Safe Mode by pressing F8 (or Shift + F8) during startup to check if a driver issue is causing the problem. Disconnect unnecessary USB devices or external drives that might be conflicting, and try connecting to a different monitor or using another display cable. If comfortable, reset your BIOS/UEFI to default settings by entering the BIOS (usually F2, DEL, or F10) and saving the changes. As a last resort, use a Windows installation USB/DVD to access the Startup Repair tool in the Troubleshoot > Advanced Options menu.
Hi there, thank you for your question! I would recommend try disabling Automatic Repair using a Windows installation media by accessing Command Prompt and typing bcdedit /set {default} recoveryenabled No. You can also run a disk check (chkdsk C: /f /r) via Command Prompt to detect file system errors. If you have a restore point, try performing a System Restore through Advanced Startup Options. Additionally, disconnect any external devices to rule out hardware interference, and check for faulty RAM by removing one stick or running Windows Memory Diagnostic. Lastly, you can replace boot files using bootrec commands in Command Prompt. If none of these methods work, hardware issues like a failing hard drive or graphics card may be the cause.

Hi there, thank you for your question! I would try power cycling the device by holding the power button until it shuts off, then restart. You can also try interrupt the boot process by turning off the laptop during startup three times to force entry into the Windows Recovery Environment. You can also try using an external USB keyboard in case the built-in one isn't responding. If that doesn't work, create a bootable Windows USB drive on another computer, boot from it, and select "Repair your computer" instead of installing Windows. Once in recovery mode, go to "Troubleshoot" > "Advanced Options" > "Startup Settings" to access Safe Mode. Additionally, you can run a disk check by using the command chkdsk /f /r from the recovery command prompt to check for errors.
Hi there, thank you for your question! Do any of your drives appear? I would recommend creating a bootable USB drive and try running windows from that and then attempting to troubleshoot the other drives.
Hi there, thank you for your question! Try run system repair tools, such as chkdsk and sfc, to check and repair any missing or corrupted system files. You can do this by booting from a Windows installation media (such as a DVD or a USB flash drive) and choosing “Repair your computer” from the first screen. Then, select “Troubleshoot” > “Advanced options” > “Command Prompt”. In the command prompt, type chkdsk /f /r and press Enter to run the chkdsk tool.
Hi there, If your external hard disk is not showing up in disk management, it's possible that there is an issue with the connection between the hard disk and your computer. Check the power supply. Try data recovery software. Download Recoverit here: bit.ly/3ZoowNK If none of these steps work, it's possible that the hard disk has failed and may need to be replaced.
Hi there, thank you for your question! I would recommend you try accessing safe mode from Windows by going to Settings (Windows + I), selecting Update & Security, then Recovery, and choosing Restart now under Advanced startup. Once your PC restarts, go to Troubleshoot > Advanced options > Startup Settings, then restart again and press F4 for Safe Mode. Alternatively, you can force the system into Automatic Repair mode by interrupting the boot process three times by holding the power button, then on the fourth boot, select Advanced Options to access safe mode.
Hi there, thank you for your question! If you have tried all the steps in the video I would recommend trying to use a different cable are there any specific issues or things you can tell me about that might have caused your problem?
Hi there, thank you for your question! I would recommend trying to boot into Safe Mode by forcing a shutdown and restarting three times to enter Automatic Repair mode, then navigate to Advanced options > Troubleshoot > Startup Settings > Restart and press F4 for Safe Mode. Once in Safe Mode, open the Run dialog with Win + R, type msconfig, and select Normal startup under the General tab, then restart your PC. Hi there, thank you for your question! This can happen when there is a problem with the master boot record or the WINLOAD.EXE file. One option is to use the Startup Repair tool, which is part of the Windows Recovery Environment (WinRE) you need to turn your computer on and off three times. While booting, make sure you turn off the computer when you see the Windows logo. After the third interruption, Windows 10 will boot into diagnostics mode. Click Advanced options when the recovery screen appears. Click Troubleshoot. Click Advanced options. Then, click Startup Repair.
All these so called fixes just do not work, what is the point listening to all these problem solvers and pressing all these damn buttons, for it to bring up stuff that is not shown on videos
Hi there, thank you for your question! I would recommend trying to disable Automatic Repair by using a Windows installation media and running bcdedit /set {default} recoveryenabled no in the Command Prompt. Next, perform a System File Check (SFC) and DISM scan to repair corrupted system files by running sfc /scannow and DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth. Additionally, check for disk errors with chkdsk /r /f C: and disable Fast Startup through the Control Panel if you're able to access Safe Mode. A System Restore might help if a recent change caused the issue. Lastly, check your hardware, such as testing your RAM or running diagnostics on your HDD/SSD. If none of these methods work, a Windows reinstallation may be necessary.

Hi there,
If your external hard disk is not showing up in disk management, it's possible that there is an issue with the connection between the hard disk and your computer. Here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot the issue:
Check the cable and connections.
Check if the hard disk is spinning up.
Check if the hard disk is recognized on another computer.
Check the power supply.
Try data recovery software. Download Recoverit here: bit.ly/3ZoowNK
If none of these steps work, it's possible that the hard disk has failed and may need to be replaced.
