I recently had this issue and nothing works so i did a fresh install of windows 11 with pendrive with the help of another laptop i had and also the software is rufus and it worked and fixed my issue now my desktop is working fine

I've fixed this issue by restoring to a restore point this is the only way that i have found for this issue, if you dont see any restore point then click on the option called show more restore point, then choose any of them then the process will start it will take some time wait and at the last restart your pc then it will be fixed

Thank you so much for showing all the different troubleshooting. Finally booting into safe mode F4 (without network) worked for my Dell Precision 7760 and then going back to the previous graphics driver using device manager. Thank you so much 🙏🙏🙏💪😎
In my case successfully scanned windows installation then another one more line mentioned i.e.windows old window add installation to boot list yes,no,all in this case wt to do? I typed all and nomy systems is just doing on offnow trouble shoot is not coming
