My Condition- Reset this Pc not working
No restore point
Stuck at diagnosing your Pc
Solution
made a bootable USB and Installed fresh windows boot files got corrupted and no restore point
First try Restore point
Secondly try repair windows through pendrive
Last Do fresh install of windows ( in this case format Disk C and Recovery partition) and install new windows this will fix but data will be lost

try to Reset your PC then, and the next method you can apply is reinstall new OS
